After talking with a few companies and reading reviews, we ended up choosing Red Desert to replace…read morethe flooring for our entire house. Through the process we were impressed by everyone we met and dealt with. This business goes the extra mile to help you get things right, from letting you bring home samples, to expertise about products, and then maybe most important, standing behind their work and making sure you're satisfied. We were out of town while they did the work, but they kept in touch with me throughout. When we returned it all looked amazing, but we have a miscommunication about the type of trim we wanted. Some companies would give you the run around or just say, too bad. Red Desert was at our house the following day and took care of it, no problem. The guys who came out, like everyone I dealt with at Red Desert, were super friendly and professional. They even refused to take a tip for the job. On top of the exceptional quality and professionalism, Red Desert's pricing was also better than their competitors. I highly recommend anyone wanting quality flooring done by a trustworthy and dependable company to call Red Desert. In our experience with contractors, you don't find many of this caliber.

When I tried to get Wesley to come back to fix some loose tiles that were coming up due to improper thinset mix after two years, I was told it was beyond the warrantee. A neighbor had to come help me when Wesley told me I was no longer covered. I have remodeled several houses in my life and this was the sloppiest, most carefess, workmanship ever. Don't know what happened to the Katsina but son's friend was added to the crew without my knowledge. Very disappointed to this day that I chose this company. If you use them, they need constant supervision to not be sloppy and to complete the job per their contract.

A nice bonus was learning that he had already completed several garage floors in my neighborhood.
