Then at night he sent a text saying sorry he didn't make it, wanted to reschedule. I said ok even though waiting around all day for nothing. We scheduled for Sunday after 12. I texted him again to confirm that day, no answer. Then around 430 he called saying if he can come at 630 or reschedule. I let him come at 630 I've been ready for a few days I didn't want to wait more. And 2 young guys came, very nice actually. But the cord was short. Not a 'face' cord, but a regular full cord. - What they delivered was NOT a CORD of wood. - What they delivered was 1 "Face Cord' - What they billed for was 2 'Face' cords. - A CORD of wood is 128 cubic ft. What they delivered was 57 cubic ft (44% of a cord) of wood. It's that simple.
