I never received a bill and moved from the Quad Cities area in November 2015. All mail was forwarded to new address. I never got a bill. I never received a phone call. I started receiving collection agency calls about an outstanding account from this office. I called them. Paid the balance. I asked why they never attempted to call or email me. They stated they don't have time to call all of their accounts. Apparently they had time to submit it to a collection agency. Ridiculous. Optometrist and technicians are fine. Billing staff is inefficient, ineffective and inconsiderate. Thanks for the ding on my credit report. Smh.

This is the most unprofessional eyeglass center my family, and I ever been to! After we received her glasses three weeks after kid day (new to the area, and no knowledge over event. When called to schedule an appointment I assumed we were doing just that) the frames weren't the ones she picked, as well as, she couldn't even see with the glasses! I signed an authorization of release for them to send St. Louis for her records. St Louis confirmed my request and sent over appointment records (ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS). Someone from the office called me at 1:40 asking if we could come in for a appointment at 2!? I said no because it was short notice. The assistant is rambling on about she was supposed to call me before her break and forgot! Like not only unprofessional, but incompetent to say the least. Anywho, I confirmed with her they received records from StLouis before even precedding to reschedule this last minute forgotten appointment she says yes, and I reluctantly agreed on a appointment a week an half out. APPOINTMENT DAY, I'm expecting to come in go over records, compare with ones already taken in office. Not at all! You would've thought this was our first initial appointment! They had in fact no records, let alone any real knowledge over my child as if we hadnt already been established! Well so we thought anyway! Livid at this point, becuase I have work and just let dentist appointments few hours prior, and their running around like chickens with their heads cut off! Yuck!!! If you can't adequately do your job, go work in fast food! That title seems more fitting for y'all brain capability. Then had the audacity to post my family, and I picture on social media (delete ASAP) like their so diverse in their work and accept everyone BLAH BLAH BLAH, because this whole experience with Y'ALL was very telling, I wouldn't recommend a fly coming to this high school play area

AND! if they don't have an answer for you , they are great about contacting you later with the information . ( How often does that ! happen ? in this day and age) Not only is the front office / reception desk a pleasant experience, but the financial / billing dept, does a great job as well .
