I started receiving collection agency calls about an outstanding account from this office. I called them. Paid the balance. I asked why they never attempted to call or email me. They stated they don't have time to call all of their accounts. Apparently they had time to submit it to a collection agency. Ridiculous. Optometrist and technicians are fine. Billing staff is inefficient, ineffective and inconsiderate. Thanks for the ding on my credit report. Smh.

She also corrected my vision that was "up to date" or "accurate" according to the original doctor I was seeing.
