I have only the highest praise for the entire team at CDB. Ben, the owner, surrounds himself with talented tradesmen, all of whom were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my property.
At our initial meeting, Ben went over the project with me. He addressed my expectations honestly and with obvious integrity. He set a very realistic cost estimate and expertly avoided cost overruns throughout the project. Ben was always available when I had questions and he visited the project site often.
Selah, the office manager, listened to me express my vision and then designed the plan to perfection. Using her exceptional customer service skills, she continued to listen each time we communicated and immediately addressed the very few minor concerns I had. Selah worked closely with me to set the project schedule and kept me informed when changes occurred.
The project is now very close to completion--a delay with custom cabinetry we knew about upfront. Soon, my vision for this project will become a quality and valued reality beyond my every expectation.
