DATE OF SERVICE: 09/2016…read more We hired Springs Home Improvement upon the recommendation of a friend. Right off, I just didn't have a good feeling the owner, who was present, would work with us; his attitude seemed off. The main portion of our project included our desire to change the color of our island cabinetry. We were not sure the best way to accomplish this, but assumed it would include a light sanding and professional spray painting. It did not take long to realize we were in big trouble when his sub-contractor severely sanded the cabinetry and then began to paint it by hand. To say it looked awful is an understatement. We ended up contracting with another service that updates cabinets with pre-painted veneer overlays, new doors and hardware. That company was able to give us a professional finish beyond our expectations.

We actually chose them after seeing the incredible job they did on my brother's brand-new house, the quality and attention to detail really stood out, and we knew we wanted the same team for ours. Our project manager, Julian, was amazing to work with. He kept us updated every step of the way, did exactly what he said he would, and made sure the crew showed up when promised. The entire crew worked hard, did great-quality work, and cleaned up after themselves every single day. The finished product looks incredible. We decided to go with stucco because our cedar siding was becoming a real headache. What was supposed to be a 10-year paint job barely lasted three or four years, and we were also dealing with American Flickers drilling holes and nesting in the siding. We had the stucco applied right over the cedar, and it looks beautiful, we're confident it will last a lifetime and finally keep the birds out! They also handled painting the soffits and fascia, and even helped us connect with gutter pros to install new gutters. It made the whole project so easy, a true one-stop experience. Mireya in the office was also a joy to work with, super friendly, responsive, and even sent us addresses of homes in our color choice so we could see what the finished look might be. Everything turned out perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the result. If you're thinking about getting stucco done, don't hesitate, Quality Stucco & Stone is the real deal and they will do what they say!

Watching the process unfold was genuinely a treat--especially since stucco is done by hand. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding. This is a local, small family-run business. Every person I interacted with was articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, professional--and most importantly, trustworthy. At no point did I feel pressured, taken advantage of, or uncertain about my decision to hire them. Their team was genuinely committed to delivering their best work, and it's clear that customer satisfaction truly matters to them. Julian, the project manager, leads the crews with exceptional communication, people skills, and problem-solving abilities. His attention to quality and proactive approach were reassuring throughout the project. I never had to wonder what was happening--he kept me fully informed and at ease the entire time. Every crew member--from the estimator to the scaffolders, stucco team, and painters--was punctual and highly professional. Even the loudest parts of the job were handled with care and precision; I was able to stay in the house during the whole process without stress. They also showed great respect for my yard, keeping everything neat and tidy. I appreciated that they asked for my input when it mattered, showing they truly cared about my vision. The office staff were equally impressive--always friendly and easy to reach. Karina helped guide me through color and stone selections, providing samples and walking me through the process so I could make informed choices. Both she and Julian were the faces of the company to me, and their professionalism and warmth played a major role in my decision to move forward with the project. I genuinely enjoyed working with this team and wish them continued success for years to come!
