Couldn't be happier with the work they've done on my Honda. Plus the place is like a living museum with everything from Moto Guzzi & BMW's to Norton's & BSA's. Coolest part about the shop is probably getting to see whatever the guys are working on currently & learning the history about each bike. They might not all be the staffs favorite but they all have a story & it's cool to hear each one. If all that doesn't sell you, they have FREE BEER for all their 21+ visitors. Can't beat that.

I stopped by to check out the bike, which looked as good as new, so we made the deal. In short, it's a great bike, at a fair price, and even came with some un-advertised expensive upgrades (factory panniers and carbon slip-on exhaust). The manager (sorry I forgot his name) made the process of purchase (with a check) and registration easy, if not speedy. About the dealership: it's probably the best Ducati/BMW dealership I've been to, and I've been to many. It's spacious, has lots of inventory, lots of super-high-quality accessories, and complete lines of Ducati, BMW, and Klim clothing. In short I'd recommend this dealership to any of my riding buddies.

They don't complete the transfer at that location. On top of that, you have to take the unlicenced, untitled scooter to a location in Burlington (which were excellent). This means the bike has to be transported at your own cost. The worse part is that I was lied to so many times, promises made that were not kept. Terrible company

So my father and I went to Widowmaker Custom where I met Hank and Patrick for the first time. We talked about what I wanted to do to a bike, he offered his advice on my plans, and we came up with what was going to be an awesome motorcycle. I found the bike I wanted, bought it, commissioned some work, and the work was unparalleled in craftsmanship and quality! Unfortunately before it could be finished, a man caused me to wreck my beautiful machine. As I laid there on the asphalt with my arm shattered, I called my Dad to tell him I'd had a wreck. 5 minutes after talking with my Dad, Hank Thibodeau was at my side checking on me! That is something that I will never forget and goes well beyond customer service...that's what a friend would do! Long story short, the bike was totaled, my arm required a couple of surgeries, and the court settlement took almost 18 months to get; but I finally got a new bike in August and it is at Widowmaker Custom right now getting some work done!
