Just had a fantastic experience doing a fitting with Tim and Cade for both me and my husband. These…read moreguys know their stuff and there's a reason they've been in business 20+ years! We both learned so much about our swing mechanics and what will work best for our individual games. This is not a "one size fits all" type of place. We can't wait to pick up our new clubs and get out on the links!

I recently did a full bag fitting at Club Champion. Unfortunately I was under the assumption that…read moreonly club champion was capable of giving a tour quality fitting but i was WAY wrong. If you are looking for a fitting and stuck between Club Champion and anyone else I would HIGHLY suggest going with The Golf Station. What made the experience so much better at TGS was the fitting itself. There was two sets of eyes during the fitting, Cade having a chemistry background was spot on with his combinations he was using like he was working up some crazy experiment in a lab. Having Tim there to assist and understand the mechanics of the golf swing and what equipment YOUR swing needed just added to the experience. Tim even tossed in a couple of swing tips (for free mind you) during the fitting which was well excepted. Long story short, if you live in the Metroplex(or traveling to Grapevine) and looking to do a driver fitting i would highly suggest the experience you will receive at The Golf Station. You will not be disappointed. Tim takes pride in your fitting experience and stands by his results. I feel like I not only found my future club fitter but also a forever companion to lean on about anything golf related, whether that be, golf swing analysis or equipment understandings. If you are going to get fitted and want guaranteed results go to The Golf Station!

Booked a tee time for our group of 4 online for 9:15am. Our booking was to include a cart for only…read more$27. We arrived to be told that it'd be another hour before carts become available as the course only has 10 carts but 38 people booked. They offered a walking cart in lieu of driving carts for a lesser rate. On top of this, they were extremely backed up. We teed off 20 minutes later than scheduled. The course was full of mostly straight shots but overall had a super odd layout. Nearly impossible to understand on some holes which flag is the target for that hole. Course was in poor condition overall. Would not return or recommend.

I'm visiting from Colorado and went to play here with my brother…read more The condition of this old golf is between bad and atrociou. The greens are hard as concrete, bumpy, and have little real grass as of 5/10/2021. The fairways are a combination of weeds, bare ground, and patches of thin grass. The tee boxes have bare spots and patchy grass. The cart paths, when they can be found, are full of ruts. The guy in the pro shop tried to explain that the cold snap this winter and the lack of hot weather to "kill the weeds" caused the problem. Yet the real problem is Arlingto's conscious neglect and abuse of this facility. This place should be closed for a year and the greens should be lowered, rebuilt, made larger and more level, and re-sodded, The tee boxes should be re-sodded, and the fairways reseeded. In the meantime someone should get a shovel and some dirt and fill in the obvious ruts on the cart paths. Some people said that this is a good course for beginner. I disagree. It's difficult to learn and enjoy the game when hitting the ball of bare ground to rock hard bumpy greens with little or no grass. I've played golf on public courses in the Denver for almost 15 years and have yet to see a course in as poor condition as this at this time of year.
