Bennie came out the next day to take measurements and submitted a bid that evening. It was reasonably priced and awarded the job to them. The installers were here every morning at 8AM until the work was completed. They were friendly and always checked with us before putting fixtures in. The floors were protected while the project was ongoing and cleaned the work area every day before leaving. We recommend them as quality workers and would definitely use again on any projects we may have. Sent from D Laurent

We finally found Acadian Remodeling and Benny agreed to help us out. It took a little longer than expected but the time was waiting for tile, not at all their fault. The pricing was in line for what we expected given the quality of work we received. Highly Recommend!

He was just finishing another job and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was completely professional and got straight to work. He made sure to keep his work area clean and worked diligently to clear a very difficult clog. He used a 75 foot rotor rooter but the drain was still blocked. He didn't give up and used a different blade attachment on the Roto rooter and was finally able to clear the drain. After he cleaned up his work area And put his tools away, I asked if he had jumper cables because the battery in my car had died. He told me that he had the same problem earlier that day and had a jumper box with him. He then realized that he changed vehicles and did not have it with him. He told me he had another job and would be coming back my way. He returned in a few minutes and helped me jumpstart my car. I can't say enough about his generosity. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs high quality plumbing work. After all the difficulties of this job his fee was much less than I was quoted from The national Rotor Rooter service company. Thanks again for going above and beyond! And doing such a great job! I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN... Homeowner's insurance company decided to inform us at the near last minute that they wanted our panels changed, despite knowing about the panels when we bought the home almost a year ago now. We had 2 indoor electrical panels, one that, thanks to Keith, we discovered was actually not up to code for another reason we didn't know, which was because of it's placement. Found these folks on Angie's list. Submitted a request for a call through there around 6 pm - 7 pm time frame. Keith called us within 30 minutes of that request. He was very understanding and came out within 2 days of that call. When Keith and another gentlemen (I regret not getting his name), came out for the quote, he was super polite. He knew exactly what we needed and told us exactly what he was going to do. Within a week later, they were at our home replacing the panels as well as bringing the panel that was placed in a bad spot. They also discovered some additional wiring that needed to be changed out and immediately informed us, as well as an estimate on the cost of it. The entire time they worked on our home, they wore PPE, and minimized the mess that was made. The sheetrock that was cut was placed back appropriately. No holes left or major gaps were left afterwards. All small bits of trash was thrown in the garbage. Not a single bit of junk left in the house or in the yard on the side of the house. Doors were kept closed as much as possible. (We have pets and we tried to cool down the house as low as possible prior to them arriving.) Once the project as done, he took pictures for us to send to our insurance company, as well as an email with other information. This whole project was on a tight budget due to it being last minute, but it was absolutely worth every penny just alone by the fact of how Keith and his coworker treated us and our home. Two other electricians quoted us nearly double what these guys quoted us. While they were nice, they didn't seem to notice some of the other code violations, nor did they seem to fully understand what the insurance company was asking for. If we need electrical work in the future, we will absolutely be giving these guys a call again.

He was on his way home from the end of his work day, but cheerfully agreed to drive over to check out our problem. He arrived within 15 minutes! He diagnosed the problem and explained to us what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. He gave us an estimate. We requested him to fix the problem that evening if possible as we had no electrical power to the house. He agreed, went to procure the repair parts and materials he needed, and returned within the hour with a helper so that he could accomplish the task faster for us. He worked until after dark to fix the problem, resulting in us having electricity restored to our home! Keith was friendly, professional, organized, and neat. I think the price for the repair was fair ($1,100) as it was done on a same day emergency basis. We very much appreciated Keith accommodating us so that we did not have to go through a night without power and A/C. I would highly recommend Keith and will certainly use his services again in the future when the need arises.
