They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. Several times after agreeing on the scope of work and payment Eric seemed to want to change what was agreed on. (payment and work) Micro-managing Eric was exhausting. End result was not what I had repeatedly told Eric. I had marked specific broken bricks for him and they did not get replaced. I told Eric to please match the caulking color. Every crew that came out, roofing, painting, cement, told me what they were there to do and asked if I had any questions before getting started.
