From planning through execution, her communication was superb. Questions were answered quickly. We always knew what to expect and when subcontractors would be at our job. Her subcontractors did excellent work and were a pleasure to have in our home. Carla personally checked on each day's work, ensuring that all aspects were up to her very high standard. As with any construction project, not everything went perfectly. Carla stepped in as our advocate with suppliers, always exhibiting grace under pressure to ensure delays were minimized. The very next summer contacted him again and again he never showed up after promising that he would. Once the summer ended I contacted him again and this time he chose to ignore my text message. He has read receipt so I could tell that he read it but chose not to respond. There is also an issue with the shed that he put up that he was also supposed to address and never did. Thousands of dollars spent just to get treated like this. I will be putting in a claim at small claims court.
