They're honest (major bonus points), reasonable, and know their sh%t - literally. You'll never get taken for some kind of ridiculously expensive service you don't need. And they're reliable, willing to stay late and get the job done right. After almost being taken for a service we didn't need and paying 3k to another plumber we called C&R for a second opinion. So glad we did! The problem turned out to be an issue with the city not us and we didn't pay a dime. C&R is truly the best in the biz.

They were awesome! The first time, they told me that it was leaking through the bathroom grout and all I had to do was regrout the tub walls. Saved me money! The second call, it turns out the water was not coming from a leak in my bathroom piping but from a pool of water that was from the floor of her garage. Whew! Both cases, they saved me a ton of money. Estimate was cheap compared to other plumbers I had called over the phone.
