This time around though was an entirely different experience. Enter Wayne Chang.... While I had already picked the location of the residence I did not have a realtor in mind. So after looking at a few reviews decided to send a late night email in my search for a realtor and was surprised he responded so quickly. Wayne had some helpful input as very familiar with the area/homes and set upon an early strategy. We set up an early meeting and were the first to make an appointment for the open house. Three days later we were in Escrow and the rest is history. Wayne is organized and prepared - for example he will show you selling patterns for the area along with the history of the community you are living in. He is readily available to answer all questions and often has already addressed items you were not yet aware of. And most importantly, he is reasonable, patient, logical, and sets reasonable expectations which are crucial in situations like this where often an emotional response can be the difference from a buy/sell or nothing.
