The combination of the jalapeño cheddar cornbread waffle topped with sausage gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and scallions was exactly what we were looking for. Every ingredient complemented the next, creating the perfect balance of savory, smoky, cheesy, and just a subtle kick from the jalapeño. We also got the tobacco syrup on the side, which added a unique sweet-and-savory contrast that tied everything together beautifully. I also loved their ordering concept. You place your order at the counter first, grab a seat, and then the staff brings everything out to your table. It's efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The café has a cozy, bustling atmosphere with an incredible bakery display that's hard to walk past without wanting to take something home. Despite being busy, everything was clean, organized, and ran smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent breakfast experience. The unique flavors, generous yet not overly heavy portion, welcoming staff, and charming atmosphere make Goose Feathers an easy recommendation. I'd absolutely come back to work my way through more of the menu and bakery offerings.

I didn't enjoy it at all. The two stars for great customer service…read more Ordered hot cocoa and a croissant sandwich. The cocoa tasted like they just poured the hot milk in and put it on the counter. Thus, it tasted like hot milk with small clumps of chocolate. The croissant itself was good. But the eggs, not sure if they're steamed first, but they're watery yet rubbery and have no flavor. I had to douse it in sriracha. I was so, so hungry and looking forward to an experience that lived up to the reviews. Maybe I should've gotten a waffle?

Makes me want to move back to Savannah! The food here is amazing. I had the salmon hollandaise…read morefor breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. The eggs benedict was delicious as were all the plates we ordered. Classic breakfast, hash-all great! We were a party of 6 and Zach was our very personable & attentive waiter. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the yummy menu items. Everything arrived timely and hot. It was fun to be there on a Sunday morning to hear the 11 o'clock celebration as alcohol, in my case mimosas, were legally allowed in the city. Lively music, lights and bells were rung to signal the start. So fun!

The hubby and I got in on a Sunday night without a reservation. Rather than a long wait, we were good with sitting at the bar. Hubby's lemon herb chicken was excellent. I tried it and the roasted semi boneless half chicken was tender and delicious. It was accompanied with garlic fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini in lemon chicken jus. After a long day of travel, I needed good protein so the Collins Burger was a fine choice. It's a double smash, sauce, chopped bacon, and crispy shallots. Cooked well, juicy, and just all around excellent. Had a sip of the hubby's sangria and wow! Probably the best one I've tasted. The vibes here are chic and upscale. In the evening/late dinner hours, it's dark lighting. Service was top notch. They are actually known for their brunch which I would love to try if visiting Savannah again!
