#1 Knicks all over piano black head unit from pry tools.

!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!! Honestly I'm not really sure where to start with this review. I had brought in my 2017 WRX maybe a year ago and there were problems with the 5 channel system they installed from the start of getting my car back. I had scheduled an appointment to come in and no one was there, I then came and took my car the next day and they didn't finish it so i had to come pick up my unfinished car and bring it back again the next day for them to finish. Immediately after getting my car back and driving home I had issues so I then took it back to them the day after for the fourth time in a week. They said they fixed the issue which they were so far off from actually fixing anything. Jason is a great owner but the guys he has working on your car are completely incompetent. They will shove pry tools where they shouldn't and scratch up all your interior parts without caring at all. They do not follow simple instructions online to take things apart. My head unit was ruined like completely botched. They shoved pry tools all around my piano black trim where you can very visibly see it. My door cards were not put back into place correctly and had several broken pop tabs. On the rear of my back seats they didn't even bother pulling the pop tabs out for the carpet, he straight up just ripped the carpet around the pop tabs. Now for the wiring itself, whoever worked on my car had no idea what they were doing. The LC2i system was not only installed improperly, the settings were completely wrong which caused my system to have negative frequencies. The amplifier they installed wasn't secured properly, it was literally dangling with one self tab holding it on. Not to mention how horribly wrong the amplifier settings were tuned to. The wiring was completely wrong too, he ran the RCAS and ground together instead of separated on each side of the car which caused many issues especially for the negative frequencies. For the ground to amplifier connection he had smoked a few holes into the shell of the car to ground it, but he must've realized it was too thick to drill self tappers into so he smoked 2 more holes in the shell right next to it in order to ground the connection. On this part he didn't even sand the factory paint down for the ground connection, this is the ultimate "I have no idea what im doing" example. Not to mention that I needed to get a new factory trim piece from Subaru in order to replace the the piece below the head unit that they completely destroyed. Take a guess to why? More pry tools shoved into places where they shouldn't be!! The door speakers were hardly put into place, he only used 2 screws out of 3 so they were not fixed into place which caused a horrible rattling. For me personally, I came here because they had cheap install prices and Jason seemed to know what he was doing and talking about. DO NOT LET THIS FOOL YOU, he is not the one working on your car. The employees he has installing these parts are completely incompetent. After spending an additional $500 at another audio shop my system is finally fixed and is sounding how it should've been from the start. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I explained this upfront and still chose to proceed with a diagnostic to confirm the issue. I was quoted a flat $65 diagnostic fee by the owner with no mention of pricing ranges or tiers. I agreed and scheduled the service. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, which I was informed of ahead of time. During a brief text exchange with the owner, I expressed concern due to a prior negative experience with another company. The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. I expressed concern that the pricing change was not communicated upfront. The owner later acknowledged that he should have communicated a pricing range and that this was a mistake on his part. I requested a copy of the diagnostic findings I was being charged for. The response indicated there was no formal report, but pictures and a summary were provided. Communication afterward included frustration from the business regarding the reduced payment, despite the pricing change being due to lack of prior disclosure. While I do believe the technician performed the inspection thoroughly and provided useful findings, the core issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing structure, scope of work, and potential cost changes before work beyond a basic diagnostic began. I would recommend future customers get very clear written confirmation of what is included in the diagnostic fee, whether deeper inspection can change pricing, and what documentation will be provided before service begins.

We have a 2008 Ford F250. We called integrity and explained to them what was going on and they got us right in, got our AC checked out, identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in about a day, even with a hard to find hose that (was the only thing) needed to be replaced. Communication was top tier, they provided status updates constantly. Customer service is awesome and the prices are fair! Highly recommend this place if you are needing any work on your vehicles. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
