A little local piece of heaven. This family owned pastry shop / pastisseria has been around since the 60s and still makes the traditional pastries you used to be able to find like the xuixo (said like choocha). Sit at the bar or in the back where they have tables, and have an iced coffee or iced tea with one of their homemade tarts or Bracets (ask for the Crema one with powdered sugar on it). They also have a menu of the day for lunch, usually opens around 1 and closes at 4. If there's a birthday you want to celebrate they also have beautiful and beyond delicious cakes. It's worth the trip and perfectly located between Park Guell and Sagrada Familia! read more
