Fit365 is in the heart of Downtown - which is a bit of a drive for us but the flexibility in schedule makes it worth it. The gym is small, but it has everything you could need for a good sweat. It has a lot of treadmills and ellipticals - although I must confess I have never used one (I dont do this type of cardio!) There's a wonderful selection of dumbbells that are kept in really good order and range from 10 lbs to about 75 lbs (I believe.. dont quote me - I never go past 45 lbs!) The owner, Ray, is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are super reasonable and the facility is kept clean. I would love to have a window for both natural light and fresh air (especially during COVID times) but thats just me being super picky. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants a good workout without the frills of a fancy establishment.

I have asked for signage since most of the pool in the morning are ELDERLY!!!!! Nothing. They had a company that covers garage floors, spread a covering that is really slippery, and I almost fell today. That is not appropriate around a pool, no grip and very slippery. The pool is filthy today. The water is cold. When I asked for someone to check the temperature, a lady by the name of Melissa came and said it was the right temperature, then she began to pat the water. She came back with a man, he started to pat the water, and we all told him the damn water is cold. LOW AND BEHOLD, warm water came in through the inlets, which had been sending more cold water to the pool. Dirt on the floor, and oily on the top of water. The sauna and pool are down more than up. If the staff doesn't know how to use the equipment and get it right, train them!!!! Also, if you join the middle tier you get access to the pool area and the massage chairs which are l overly! Oh and the price can't be beat! I don't know what everyone is complaining about. Yes, there is an annual fee but it's minimal and only charged if you stay 60 days, most places I've been to charge an activation or annual fee up front! Recently had surgery and was unable to work out for a few months. So I took a 3 month medical freeze on Feb 12 to recuperate. I was in a few weeks ago to check on returning May 12 after being gone 3 months. I met front desk staff named Tom and asked if he was the new manager. He said the women beside him was now the club manager and she listened as he introduced her. He proceeded to tell me it was above his pay grade if I could return on the 12th due to complicated billing cycle on the 17th. So I came back in today (16th) and Tom said my membership doesn't renew until tomorrow and had to leave. Was surprised after being a member for 8 years that he made an issue out of 1 day after being gone over 3 months. Mr. North's demeaning attitude and lack of interest in trying to help me were unpleasant, and I cancelled my membership due to how he treated me. The club manager was not present this time but she overheard his previous comments the first time.
