When I looked up the item I was sold, it turns out that it was actually cheaper to just buy it on the manufacturer's site, even with the 20% discount anyway. And this was apparently one of their own in house brands too (which makes the markup even more confusing). So, in brief, if you see an item in store there that you like, just go online, and check the item's actual REAL price online, because there's a good chance that it's actually sold cheaper by the company that makes it. And don't believe the staff when they tell you to not worry about buying a product, because of their return policy.

For a CVS located in such a busy shopping center, I honestly expected the store to be much cleaner and more welcoming. The customer service was also practically nonexistent. There was no one around asking customers if they needed help or even acknowledging them when they came in. It felt like you were completely on your own. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was seeing a man putting items into his backpack and appearing to steal merchandise. There was a security guard standing right by the entrance, but I did not see the guard take any action. I obviously can't speak to what the security guard may or may not have been aware of, but as a customer, witnessing that made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I hope management takes a serious look at the condition of the store, customer service, and overall security because the experience was far below what I would expect from CVS.
