My mother was a resident at this facility in November of last year, where she ultimately passed…read moreaway due to dementia and other serious health conditions. During her stay, the quality of care was inconsistent. While a few nurses went above and beyond in caring for my mother, and for that my family is truly grateful, many others appeared unwilling to do more than the bare minimum required of their job duties. Thankfully, my siblings and I were able to step in and help fill the gaps in care that we felt were lacking. Toward the end of my mother's life, there were times when it felt as though she was being ignored rather than compassionately cared for. What was most upsetting was the way our family was treated after my mother passed away. We were not given adequate time, privacy, or respect to grieve before her body was removed from the facility. That experience added unnecessary pain to an already heartbreaking moment for our family. In addition, Deborah, the Director of the facility, was consistently rude, unprofessional, and argumentative in our interactions with her. There was also an incident involving another patient, where decisions were made before the full situation was properly investigated, resulting in my mother being moved to another side of the facility. Based on my family's experience, I would not recommend this facility to others seeking compassionate and respectful care for their loved ones.

I have really bad back issues from my years of working. Once I had my son, he had colic and bad digestive issues. He offered to have me come in and see him and show me tricks. I have suffering severely with postpartum depression psychosis. He gave me Chinese's herbs and they helped me immensely. He has always been a great doctor and his front end receptionist is fantastic as well.

Jamie Nelson was a true lifesaver and the most incredible resource after my ACL surgery!  As a…read more38-year-old mother of two, tearing an ACL skiing was less than ideal.  Although my insurance covered the surgery and physical therapy afterwards, I was left feeling unsure of my progress, particularly in the first critical months.  Jamie was able to come to my home (yes, come to ME!!!) to work with me and give me valuable tools to continue my recovery.  Her gentle approach, warm demeanor, and incredible knowledge was beyond helpful.  When she would leave after a session, I felt relief, confidence, and reassurance that I was on the right track to recovery.  I continue to utilize her as a resource and will be visiting again soon as I look towards my one-year marker!  I would not be where I am today in my recovery if it weren't for her expertise and can't recommend her enough!

At first i thought well sometimes people have a bad day, NOPE. The vibe and attitude from staff here is atrocious, downright rotten. Walking in the pharmacy is in your face overloaded tons of people masked up coughing all over the place. Had to go upstairs a few times for optometry, occupational health and again its not a pleasant experience anywhere in this facility. Kaiser doesn't care about you or your well being. I asked the gal at the adult medicine counter downstairs about making an appointment with my doctor to get bloodwork checkup and her face response was like i pooped in her face. Basically told me get lost call the phone number on the card which is an incessant neverending phone tree. My premiums for basic coverage went up to $450/600 month and it increases as you age. She is new to Kaiser Napa and I am super happy if found her. Great listener, down to earth and informative. While there, I also got a flu shot. The line seemed long and I thought I'd have to wait but the line went fast. Same with the downstairs pharmacy. So far I'm happy with this Kaiser.
