As for the yarn it's exploded since Joann's closed, it seems their storage gills are filled. Hopefully soon they will have another big sale on the yarn to get it moving! Fabrics have also increased and slowly are sewing notions. Seems like the Cricut inventory has been dwindling down and other brands that I do not use are increasing. Also hard to believe that August or even the end of July has become Halloween and Autumn and it was before it was getting sunny.. up here in the mountains! As always friendly and helpful customer service and that they try to keep. someone up front to run the cash register! AFTER several attempts around the country (most don't have a cashier) I figured out the self check out! It seems like a sad ending to fun craft shopping! I miss our quick chat on projects, tips tricks or a sale that I missed! It's just not the same. Also, the weekly coupons - which I noticed around different parts also reduced. The sales associate said he'd throw them away for me. Did not offer to credit me or apologize for the mixup. I had to purchase a new lock to replace the one we had to cut off and he didn't offer to take a few bucks off that for the inconvenience. I didn't ask for it because I was hoping he'd know to do the right thing. Starting a decent sized project in the area and was hoping to use this Aubuchon as my home base for tools and supplies.

When I first went into this store I was so excited seeing all the low prices on some awesome…read morethings. I had a cart full of items that I wanted to purchase, it was time to head to check out we get to the register and all the cashier kept doing was birching about how the child outside was selling candy. Was more concerned about the kid selling candy then paying attention to is while at the register. She kept saying how sick she was of hearing the kid screaming candy and complained about it for 5 minutes straight. During that time we were trying to cash out and leave. When it came time to purchase our items I told the cashier I had the 15% off coupon and that I wanted to use it, she wouldnt listen kept going on about the kid outside w the candy. When I had to tell her again I wanted to use it she claimed she used the coupon but the price never changed on the card machine. It was the same price it would of been without the coupon. The cashier insured me that the coupon did come off and the card machine was just wrong in the display amount. I out my card in and paid, I got charged the amount before the coupon, it never came off. I told her and she argued with me saying I did not get charged even though it came out of my bank account already. THEN, she called the manager over and he said that I never paid tvat amount even though it came right off my card by that store it was the first store of the day. Then they MADE me pay for my items again and took off the coupon this time for sure. They claimed that the first charge wouldnt actually come out and I would get my money back. WELL guess what I did get charged two different times for the same exact items they claimed I never paid for the first time. I had to dispute my charges thru my bank which did not refund me my money.. The store claimed that I couldnt return anything the first time because no receipt printed. If the receipt didnt print then why did I get charged twice for the same stuff? I am extremely disappointed in this company, they wouldnt help me, wouldnt stop their cashier for complaining about someone outside, and would not give me my money back, and not paying attention to us. If she paid attention to us wouldnt of gotten charged twice and be out money that could of been used for other things. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE. Unfortunately, we can't help but submit this complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. So, no one else must experience this. We Shopped around for months visiting several establishments to refurnish several rooms in our house. Our saleswoman (Karen from the Queensbury Location) was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable in her product. We explained to her what we were looking for and she 100% nailed it out of the park. We custom ordered a sectional reclining couch. We were told that the warehouse did not have the pieces to fill our order, and the shipment would be around NOV 1st. As This was so exiting for our family and we patiently waited for this arrival. We visited the store a couple times to pick out an entertainment center, coffee table and end stand set. Nov 1st we were told that the sofa was in and that the warehouse was open for pick up until 6pm. My Husband and I arranged for help and our schedules from work to pick up. When we arrived at 3:30pm to warehouse. Our excitement was high. We rang the bell to alert that we were there and there were several employees in sight, and no one acknowledged us. We were about to ding the bell again and someone from the warehouse asked if we were being helped? We said NO. Then they went into the office to a man that was sitting with his back to us, and he said I am busy. We finally got helped and were told to go to bay 5. While waiting for pick up in bay, The gentleman in office with his back to use came walking out with a coworker saying ("who shows up at 3:30!" They will be waiting awhile...) one of these employees was (Paul) the Manager. We Finally get our sofa piece home, remove our old couch and start to unbox our new sofa. Come to find out they gave us 2 air massage single recliners with arms. We went straight to the Queensbury location to see where the mix up was. As we stood there, the store and warehouse argued who messed up Until they closed. We were told that at 10 am the GM would call us from warehouse to resolve this. 10 am, we received a call from the warehouse saying that the resolve was a time frame between Thursday -Saturday before an available delivery truck and manpower. We went to store and said that was not acceptable. We spoke to manager (Melissa) of the store to come up with an acceptable solution. We offered to deliver the two items to the warehouse in the rain and pick up ours. Nope! We offered to pick up ours and they could schedule a pick up for the other two items. They had a delivery truck in our area that picked up their piece and we drove to get ours. The delivery guy admitted to us while picking up that they had about an hour before their next delivery. In that time, they could have driven back to warehouse and picked up ours and delivered/ picked. We arrived at the warehouse to pick up our pieces that we were told were ready for us. They were not ready for us to receive. After finding out that the boxes were labeled wrong there was an apology of "sorry things happen." We didn't feel that this was resolved at all properly. This wasted our time, money, and was extremely stressful.
