We had a lovely man Bill come right up to help..and we found some that were on clearance that were perfect. They had exactly how many boxes we needed. The boxes were insanely heavy..8 huge porcelain pieces per box. But Bill put them in a cart for us and helped load them into our tiny car. They were so heavy that the trunk was almost dragging on the ground haha. It turned out that we bought the wrong kind and had to immediately turn back around *sigh* When we got back Bill came out and helped unload the car with us. We felt so bad, but he was so kind and didn't seem annoyed at all. We will definitely be buying the right tiles there. They have a great selection and good prices. When we lodged a complaint with the corporate offices we were told they, "We do respect those that have served ... active military or veteran ... but we no longer allow discounts on any building supplies." Since their primary business is a building supply store, what good does it do to even offer one at all?! My comment in reply to their statement was, "Actions speak louder than words. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the tools are reasonably priced. Everything is well organized, and the inventory is well stocked... just like I'd expect from other harbor freight locations. If you've never been to a harbor freight before, you should expect lower prices, and lower durability than home depot or lowes. Some of the tools I've purchased from here have lasted me an incredibly long time, and the price savings has been a big help. Other tools have been shoddy and broken quickly, requiring frequent replacement. If you shop around, you should be able to pick out the good tools from the poor ones, and find a good balance in cost vs quality. This store is big on coupons, and you should check their catalog for deals before checking out. You can also buy 20% - 25% off coupons online (or have them periodically sent out to you by signing up for their mailing list). If you like free stuff, they also send out free coupons that you can use once per purchase for a couple items: a low-quality screwdriver set; a tape measurer; and a few other misc items. If you're looking for a tool, I'd recommend going here first, and then comparing to the other bigger-box stores.

We are thrilled with the superb work of Kitchen and Bath World from beginning to end. We renovated…read moretwo bathrooms in quite different styles. The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.
