it just looks like a regular old time motel but it has been newly renovated and has a wonderful pool. Everything is nice and clean so don't let the outside for you. Very reasonable prices and close to the cruise port, Hardrock Stadium and casinos. Comfort Cordiality Cleanliness ... Their business card says it all!!

In short, an overlooked Hollywood-staple that's drenched in emerald, accompanied by a distinct aroma of Turmeric. It does ostentatiously seek a professional image next to all the other motels that lay on Federal (an image, which by the way, is engrained into our memories of random street hookers and distraught Canadian tourists with bad tans). And alas, while Curtis has no seconds from the beach, it doesn't happen to lay across Presidente (dirt-cheap Latin American grocery) and Senor Cafe (arguably the best Cuban cafe under $7).

The most comfortable bed ever! This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Hollywood and I always sleep very well when I'm staying here.

The room was dirty. Elevators small and stuffy. Front desk help incompetent.

Update: 8/17/26…read more Absolutely love this place. I go back here anytime I can and this month celebrated my birthday with a weekend stay. Everyone was phenomenal! Michelle continues to exude professionalism and phenomenal service. Our experience tree was excellent with the best staff you can ever experience in any resort. From bell men Eian and Sergio to exceptional servers Elizabeth and Manny and the amazing Bartender Tim which go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy. The food was incredible and just the beautiful oasis they've created is something special. The music bands were absolutely incredible in the restaurant and also on the boardwalk. The rooms are clean and with amazing views. The location is not too far from home for me which makes it an amazing luxurious staycation. Honestly, I want to return as soon as possible! Thank you. .

House keeping was very timely and kept our room tidy for days. Dinning on the resort expensive especially with kids! Margaritaville restaurant for breakfast 13$ for each kid and 25-28$ for adults...we quickly turned and left after being told that. They do have a wash room on second floor as well as a gym. Washroom detergent 1.25$ per small box so like one load. Dryers free. Cons: Billing...let's just say you want to check out at the front desk to make sure it's correct. There were some charges we were not aware of that needed attention. I feel like fine print is not on your bill or never mentioned. We had to dispute some things that took forever to correct!. Maybe return but in no rush.

We were scared that we would get stuck. We finally figured out that we had to keep the button pushed in order for the elevator to move and for the door to open. There was a storm earlier and there wasn't any cable so we couldn't watch TV and we were not compensated for that inconvenience. The room was semi modern but there was an older heating and cooling system in the room. The linen was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower and bathroom needed some repair but the water was hot and the water pressure was good. My room was pretty tidy however my mother's room was not and she had roaches in here room, she slept in her clothes! They offered free breakfast which was a plus. It was hot and fresh. They have a shuttle that comes to pick you up and take you to the port of Miami for $25 per person, but we didn't use their shuttle service we hired a private one. Overall not a bad stay but this wouldn't be on my top list of places to stay.

Within minutes of entering my room, I found three large roaches. I killed one, and the other two ran across the room--there was no way I could stay the night knowing more were likely hiding. To make matters worse, the room was $250 per night, which is absolute insanity for what turned out to be a full-on roach motel. I reported the issue to the front desk, and while they agreed to refund my money, the situation made me seriously question how dirty this hotel must be to have multiple giant roaches in the room. I'm just glad I got out of there. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend doing a thorough inspection of your room, because cleanliness should be the most important part of any overnight stay. I would not recommend this hotel!!!

There were some major hits and misses with this hotel though. Here's what I loved: -The amenities: they have free airport shuttle, WiFi, a swimming pool, laundry room, full size refrigerators. -The bar- it's always nice being able to grab a drink in your hotel! The bartender was chatty. He made good drinks and provided great conversations! -The room layout: spacious and accommodating! Perfect for families or people traveling for extended stays! While there is no stove or oven you can get a lot dine with the convection microwave that they have. -Free Breakfast- complimentary breakfast includes a breakfast buffet that has fruit, yogurt, eggs, toast/bagels, and a protein. (The protein is usually a pork option, flagging for those with dietary restrictions!) Here's what needed to be better: -our bedding had yellow stains on them. We took them down to the lobby and when we exchanged them the next two sets we were given also had yellow stains! This is a problem that management needs to look into. No guest should sleep on yellow sheets! -The pool was pretty dirty. There were cigarette buts and other debris floating in the pool. It's peak travel season. The hotel should do a better job keeping the pool clean. -ice: there is no ice machines on site. Your fridge has an ice maker in the freezer. Overall for the convenience and price this hotel could be a good option once the hotel irons out the cleanliness issues that I outlined above.

The hotel is well staffed with someone always available to greet you and take care of any questions. We arrived before check in and they were already able to get us into a room which was such a win after an early morning flight down. The rooms are amazing with a separate sitting area and bedroom area. The wall between has a swivel tv stand, so you can spin it a full 180 around to watch in bed. The bathroom has a huge shower with easy entry and a bench in the back. We didn't use much of the kitchenette, but a full fridge, countertop stove, dishwasher, and microwave would make this a great place to stay! The breakfast is included with lots of hot foods and plenty of pastries and fruit. Unfortunately for our stay, they were having maintenance issues with the close elevator broken down and a horrid smell coming from the hallway in between. The biggest perk though is the proximity to Dania Point. We walked over a few times to enjoy the local restaurants and shopping!

Just call when you arrive and they will send a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is conveniently located in the Dania Point shopping center, and it is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and to the Sprouts grocery store. Breakfast is offered in the morning for a charge, but you get a credit towards food if you are a Hilton member with certain levels of status. Be sure to check your hotel folio. Our food credit wasn't initially applied and we had to call to get it applied for a refund after our stay. There is a cruise port shuttle that leaves at two times from the hotel. They charge $20 per person cash. This is a convenient, but time consuming option. The shuttle stops to pick up additional passengers at the Springhill Suites across the street and then will stop at every cruise ship at the port to drop off passengers. Unfortunately our cruise ship with Disney Cruise Line was the last stop. We weren't worried about being late, but we were on the shuttle for 1 hour before we were dropped off. Leave plenty of time if you choose to use the shuttle.

To make it worse, there was a huge gap under my door, so every bit of hallway noise came straight into the room. Overall, the room itself was fine, but the lack of soundproofing and morning noise really took away from the experience. I'd reconsider staying here unless these issues are addressed.
