Dr. Gonzales is friendly, makes suggestions for care and offers options for procedures; both necessary ones as well as cosmetic. I am a cash customer so I get a discount for payment on the same day with my check. I highly recommend this dental office. The entire time, I had the feeling like I was just hanging out with my friends, only we were chatting about my kids teeth, in depth. Very professional team, yet personal. The building and decor had a fun fresh and bright feel. Dentistry has come a long ways, and as expected, HRD seems to keep up with new techniques, equipment, and trends. It's never fun to have to go to the dentist, however HRD has managed, in most cases to ease the pain quite effectively. Generally dentist visits are expensive. HRD is no different, but I do feel I have been treated fairly, received great compassionate care, and am generally pleased with my experiences with HRD.

The generosity Dr. Jacobsen showed my son and I at our visit this week literally brought tears to my eyes. My son had to be sedated for his procedure and once Dr. Jacobsen got in his mouth there was WAY more work that needed to be done then we thought. I was feeling very overwhelmed about the cost and decided I needed to prioritize what needed to be done and only do the most important work to keep the cost down, but Dr. Jacobsen was more worried about the well being of my 7 year old son then he was about money and did ALL the work he needed at no extra charge. People rarely surprise me or impress me but Dr. Jacobsen showed my family genuine kindness and selflessness in a typically unkind world and I'm beyond grateful that people like him walk this earth!!

The routine exam and cleaning was gently done, efficient, and as pleasant as a dentist visit could possibly be. We also had a family member who needed an emergency visit, an extraction and a deep cleaning over the course of 3 weeks. Everyone he worked with was kind and understanding of the anxiety and pain involved and did their best to mitigate it as much as possible. The long hours make it easy to get an appointment and they are happy to let you know if something opens up earlier (if you want). Office staff is helpful, office is nice, easy parking. All in all an outstanding dentist, highly recommend.
