The chicken was cooked amazingly, the flavors used were delightful, and it wasn't dry at all. I've never had anything cooked in a tandoor before, so I wonder if that's what makes it so tasty. I also loved the veggie samosas - I ate both of them, but shared a bite with my husband. They come with two sauces - one is like a mint cilantro sauce and the other is a tamarind sauce. Both were great, but I preferred the green sauce. There was only one server working, and she was super sweet, and came to refill our waters plenty of times. The owner also came over to chat with us for awhile, which was really nice! I would not have guessed they had only been open for 4 months (though apparently she did have a takeout only restaurant that was pretty well-known in EGR). I'm so glad we tried them out!
