It happens, but After a couple of visits noticing the flavor of the food was different we asked where the 2 men who worked the counter and kitchen before had gone. Apparently the replacement staff doesn't speak English, so no words, just stares. Bottom line the food now comes at one spice level (bland) no matter what you ask for, and the sauces for kormas is noticeably watered down, the biryanis have less meat, and the butter chicken is now bright red with less flavor.
