I wanted to get appointments done before end of 2024, so I kept two. They call the following day and tell me they need to reschedule the other 2. They had no intention of keeping the remaining 2 appointments and figured if they said they needed 2 cancel 1, I would reschedule all 3. Very dishonest place. Apparently they decided to close until after the New Year and the only way I found that out is from another Google review where another patient had his 3 appointments cancelled for the last week of 2024 and now he loses his FSA money. Then I went to see an ear specialist on July 24. When I got there I was told they did not have my MRI report. We had to go to Evergreen Imagining ourselves to obtain the MRI disk. Fortunately the Doctor could fit us in the next day so that he could read the disk. The radiologist had not sent the Doctor any report on my MRI. I went back to the ear specalist again on Aug 31 and he still had not gotten a report on my ear from evergreen. My whole experience with Evergreen was VERY frustrating. It inconvenient the Doctor and myself.

I came here one time for an x-ray of my spine. This seems to be an old building. I was not very comfortable with that but I answered the questions since they were not too personal. Then I was directed to go upstairs for my x-ray. Odd set up. I connected with someone I went to high school with who worked there so that was fun. I was very happy with the process of getting my x-ray.
