They said maybe, Friday or Monday they'd come out and check things out. They forgot about us. I called them on Tuesday and they rescheduled with me. I was just about to call another Electric Company, because I thought they forgot about me again. Just as I was about to dial, two very nice and polite service men showed up. Sure enough, I did need a new box. But guess what, he had just used his last one at the last customers house(likely story). He seemed genuine and promised to come back the next day and he did. He plugged in my stove and said the box shorted out and blew up my stove, so I do need to purchase a new stove. He only charged me for one hour of service. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy. I will always call them when I need them. Very fair and reasonably priced. I believe it is $98.00 to show up and $25.00 every quarter hour. You can beat that! Call them if you have electrical issues.

You also have to hope they send out a healthy and motivated crew. They get paid hourly. Even after making phone calls to attempt to resolve any issues, there seems to be very little concern on their end. I gave one (1) star, if I could give less I would.

A few days after the installation I came home from work and my socks were getting wet in the hall where the air handler is located. I open the door to the space where it is and notice that the drain was NOT installed and the water was just running down on the slab and seeping under the wall and under my wood flooring. The flooring has already started to warp. I contacted them and they sent a couple guys out to correct it. I asked about the flooring being covered by them and they told me they have no idea and I needed to contact the office. I did and to this day no response. After the correction of the non installed drain I thought it would be rectified however the 2nd team of tech installed the drain pipe running uphill so nothing was going into the outlet pipe in the slab and again the water was running out of the pan onto the floor. I am no HVAC tech but I ran the PVC drain pipe out the door of the air handler into a LOWE'S bucket that I have to dump out a few times a day. So to sum it all up I am out a couple thousand dollars on flooring so far and have a bucket in my hallway to keep from flooding my house again. Today I found out from the building code folks that a permit was never pulled when my HVAC was replaced and now the fine for no permit is on me. I would NOT recommend them from this experience and it's obvious that I'm not going to be reimbursed for their shoddy work and flooding my home TWICE. One VERY unhappy customer. We were scheduled to get out of town today but the generator in our motorhome wouldn't start. I called these guys. He showed up exactly as promised. He diagnosed my problem as a bad carburetor. He had the parts with him. In about 30 minutes he had my generator running again. I asked for and he did an oil change while he was here. He took the old oil and all the old parts with him and didn't leave a mess. His charges for parts and labor were really reasonable, in my opinion. Kent's Mobile RV Generator Service does great work at reasonable prices. I would positively call on him again.
