I let her know that I wasn't very happy with my eyebrows and she was very apologetic and said she would remember for the next time. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, it was the same lady from last time and I reminded her to please only clean them up without thinning them out. Thankfully she listened and was very careful with my eyebrows! I have been here a bunch of times and only had that 1 bad experience.
