I had a car that was on a lease when I moved from San Diego to Alaska, ya that's another story. I was in a bind because my lease was up and I wanted to return my car to the dealer. I had to send it via the ferry system as I now live on an island. I decided to send my car to Bellingham, made the most sense. However the dealer said he would not pick up my car from the ferry, said he didn't have the staff. I attempted to contact the transport service used by dealers to get cars to their dealership, but they were not at all helpful, wouldn't return phone calls etc. I was looking at having to take 4-5 days off of work to accompany my car on the ferry just to drive it a few miles to the dealer and fly home, or fly in meet the car drive it there and fly back, less days off of work but much more expensive. I was really stuck. Then I thought maybe a Tow-truck company would be willing to entertain the idea, so I hit my Yelp. I looked through the tow companies but wasn't getting a good vibe on any of them. I saw JC-Towing with one positive review. We all know what that usually means. Someone just opened up a new place and has a buddy with Yelp write a review, something told me this was not the case here, so I called, and Thank God I did. I spoke to JC and felt comfortable. By the time our conversation was over I was confident this was the right choice. We coordinated everything over the phone and my car was delivered, without any problem, on time, as promised. I am so Thankful that I found JC`s! This man is extremely reliable, very honest and trustworthy. I cannot thank him enough for relieving the stress of trying to make this happen, and doing it with a can do/no problem attitude. ***I would highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone I know, to include all my fellow Yelpers****

He said I was definitely on their books. He called back to say that Chris had forgotten. He said he could be at my place by 3:00. When he arrived around 3:20, there was no apology whatsoever. In fact, he said he couldn't tow me with my 3.5 ft porch cover. I told him we'd already scouted the route. He was surly and I was devastated and then angrier than I can remember being in a very long time. He told me to "take a pill." I told him at least I had a brain; he made some other retort, but I had already gotten into my tiny. I called ASAP towing and they moved my tiny the following Wednesday and said since the overhang didn't extend past 12 ft (my tiny is 8.5 feet wide), it was completely legal to tow my tiny home with the porch awning on. I had lined up numerous people to help me get set up at my new location on April 28th and Chris ended up costing me a LOT of money because those people were not available on May 1st.
