Car has a really bad gas leak, both the driver and passenger seats did NOT work! So you couldn't drive the car. The side rear view mirrors did not work either!! When I called Noel the store manager would not pick up my calls!! George the sales person was very RUDE and hung up on my face when I was explaining the situation, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! FRAUD!!!

I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say. From first contact to me walking out of the door…read morewith the keys was an amazing experience! Ryan really came through with working with me after every other dealer I spoke to just ignored me completely. I emailed and even test drove quite a few Mercs and the sales ppl didn't give a sh*t about anything I had to say. Most of their responses after i asked if the price was flexible,"well if you could afford this car a few grand wouldn't matter"... really??? Ryan, was the complete opposite. He was determined to make a deal and he was so nice and cool about everything. They treated me like my friends do, but in a professional and courteous way. After test driving the vehicle I decided to go ahead with it and we had already come to an agreement on the numbers prior so that was that. Got my whip two days later since the bank was closed over the weekend and i can safely say in the future when I'm looking at a Ferrari, I'll be coming here.

After being a loyal customer of Ray Buick for many years, I was introduced to Ettleson Buick GMC…read morefollowing Ray Buick's closure. The transition was seamless thanks to Rick Wrobel, a trusted salesman I've worked with for multiple vehicle purchases. Rick's move to Ettleson was the deciding factor in continuing my Buick journey--and once again, he exceeded expectations. Rick Wrobel is the kind of professional who treats you like family. His integrity, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers make the car-buying experience not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. I've now purchased three Buicks from Rick, and each time I've walked away confident that I received the best deal possible. His commitment to going above and beyond is rare in today's market. Ettleson Buick itself has proven to be a dealership that values its customers. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with respect and professionalism. It's refreshing to find a company that still believes in doing right by people. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Ettleson Buick--and be sure to ask for Rick Wrobel. You won't be disappointed.

However, after doing the work the service tech said "I got some good news and some bad news." The bad news is you have a radiator leak and it will cost about $2000-4000 to replace. The good news is it's covered under warranty. I did not get a chance to have the work done as I went out of town. This was in January 2026. It is now July 2026 and I have not noticed any loss in coolant. So what's up with that? I sent emails to the service mgr and the general mgr for comments. No response. I sent a second email to both and no response.
