I contacted this dealership on/about December 13, 2023 to inform them that I had sold the vehicle and needed to cancel my warranty. The paperwork was completed and sent. I contacted the warranty company around the first week of January 2024 and they informed me that the warranty was canceled and that the dealership would be issuing me the refund. Fast forward to today, March 22, 2024, many calls, voicemails and email's later, I still have yet to receive my refund and the truth about why it's taking so long. It's 3 months later and still nothing. I will no longer give this dealership my business and have decided to purchase my new vehicle from another dealership. Worst customer experience.
