I had the car towed to Jay's and gave him a box full of random car parts, nuts, bolts, etc. The next day he was able to put everything back together and the car ran perfect. All in all, I see a bright future ahead for this place. He doesn't do much advertising and is all word of mouth. His prices are great, and he is a very honest mechanic. It's protected two generations of families and now it's on its third. Of course, over the years Goldilocks has had its adventures with a few wear and tear scars. When our Ohana adopted Goldilocks, we really didn't know where to take our car for repairs. I asked dozens of mechanic shops around town and because of Goldilocks make, model, and year, no~one wanted (or had the right tools) to work on the car. Word-of-mouth lead me to Uncle Ed. After speaking with him on the phone for a few minutes, I knew I found the right man for the job to restore our car back to road worthy conditions. Uncle Ed and his assistant are good ole' honest mechanics that give me a straightforward answer each time I have a problem or question about Goldilocks health. We still have a few more things to address with the car and a couple of preventative issues to fix. Luckily, Uncle Ed knows his stuff and has a good game plan ahead for Goldilocks, allowing me and my Ohana the peace of mind of knowing our car still has a long future ahead with many more miles of adventures. Rented a car for the entire week, thinking there's no way my car will get fixed until later in the week. The next morning at 0800, I called Clint's and spoke with Sheldon(sp?) who works there and told him exactly what happened. He was extremely professional on the phone and advised I use Kens Towing to get my car there that day. He also let me know that they would do their best to get it fixed - if not that day then Monday for sure. Now, because it was an emergency (the only vehicle I own), I was super grateful to hear that. All I had to do was sign a waiver to keep the car there overnight or for it to stay through the weekend. To my surprise, Sheldon was able to get everything fixed that day - it was more than just the starter that was the issue! They are closed on the weekend, but I had been at my other house outside of town and too tired to drive back to get the car. When I spoke to Auntie on the phone, she told me that she would be in the next day to do some work and that I could just pick it up then if I would like. Everyone there is extremely humble, very knowledgeable, and quick to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend this place! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Later on I had decided to cancel my warranty and it seems like that angered them as it was actually very difficult to do on their end. I was connected to three people who didn't want to cancel it. From there it felt that they had animosity towards my partner and I.
