On more than one occasion customers conducted an informal relay service (perhaps we could have set up a semaphore station) to tell waitstaff that customers outside needed their attention. Now, the good news: good coffee and at least one worker who manages to be a balance to the neurotic and stressed-out server. Also, delicious food. It's also in a nice, quiet corner of Hampstead. But may not be worth the hike. The best reviews are from months and years ago, and that's telling.
