I was told to resend the info. She would call me to confirm. So, again I waited. The next day I called to follow up. I was told that the email was received and a response could be expected in a few hours. I NEVER HEARD BACK, no email, no phone call! I deserved some type of response. If they couldn't take it, fine....but let me know. There is no excuse for treating your customer with such disrespect! I'm not inclined to sell or buy from this business again!

Then they came out to do an inhome inspection/review of the chairs. They were friendly, receptive, professional and answered all of my questions before doing any of the work. We agreed on the pricing and they took the chairs. With the amount of work done, it took about 6 weeks to get the chairs back. The finished product is below: the darker fabric is the original and the lighter is the upholstered job completed. She is always nice but what is going on hiring these younger ladies that seem to have no social skills.
