Floaters has a large dining room that is separated by a short hall from the Pub Area. It has two entrances one for the restaurant and the other for the pub. This night was Steak and Prime Rib night until the kitchen runs out. The Prime Rib Dinner was very good and ample. The meat was cooked to perfection and great. The baked potatoes and vegetables were well prepared. The one waitress cover both the Pub and dining room had her job cut out for her and she was very busy. Although busy she was efficient and served us promptly. They also have Taco Tuesday that I am looking forward to trying. We all were pleased with our meals and will be turning for the Prime Rib Dinner again.

We don't normally comment on portion sizes, but we were genuinely surprised by how little protein came with the plates. The amount of Kalua pig was quite small, and it looked like the chicken thigh was cut in half for both the Katsu and Hurricane Katsu. The rice portions were generous, but we finished all of the protein quickly and were still hungry afterward. Flavor-wise, the Korean Chicken was excellent and was easily our favorite item. The Kalua pig was good as well. The Katsu and Hurricane Katsu were a bit underwhelming for us, as they were fairly mild and relied heavily on the sauce and furikake garnish for flavor. Overall, we enjoyed the service and atmosphere, and the food itself wasn't entirely horrible. We just expected larger protein portions and a more filling meal for nearly $50 including tip for two people. Hopefully this feedback is helpful, as we'd love to see this place succeed.
