It's obvious he lied to Turo that it was a mechanical issue in order to cancel it. Wasted my time and uber to and from the vehicle when he could have given me much more notice. It's obvious they have done this sort of cancellation before and know that Turo won't allow the customer to leave a bad review because the trip never happened. Precisely why they have a 4.9 on Turo and much worse on here. Stay clear of this shady company.

My car was definitely used and it wasn't the newest model of anything but you know what? It worked just fine.
