From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress free. We got six different bids and Velasquez stood out. During the initial estimate, Antonio listened to all of our concerns and we walked the entire house with us. He spent about an hour and a half gathering all the information he needed to give us an accurate bid that reflected everything we were looking for. We really appreciated that there was no pressure and he wasn't pushy in any way. He gave us all the information we needed and then gave us space to make a decision. Once we chose them, communication was excellent. We received daily texts about what time the crew would arrive in the morning. We also would get an evening text asking how things were going and if we had any concerns (which we never did). The crew was also kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Gabriella also came by to check on the work herself during the process as well. The quality of their work was outstanding. They were very meticulous and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. Gabriella also did a final walk through to make sure we were happy and see if there was anything we needed done. They were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish. We very much appreciated their non pushy way of business and were always there when we had questions. I have hired a few handymen in the past and more than once they never have all of the tools or forget a part and they have to make a second trip, not him! He had all of his tools and was very prepared. He was also very honest with his prices and his advice. I had requested three services: tv mounting, hook up of washer and dryer. My dryer was not compatible with the electrical outlet and although he spent time on it because it could not be installed he did not charge me since the task could not be completed. So if you are looking for a handyman that is honest, thorough and does great work use him! I will be having him come back out for more work on my house to hang some curtains in my sunroom!
