Very personable and professional- and I always like when it's the owner actually doing the work and providing the value he promises. His quote included several areas aside from our home: front and back porches and sidewalk leading to the driveway! He uses a 10:1 light bleach solution that didn't ruin our beautiful color home and then we added the driveway and pavers in our backyard for a very reasonable up-charge. (Sooo worth it!) The more I look at the cheap&shoddy fence job they did and the mud pits they left on my lawn, the…read moremore upset I get. As I mentioned previously, Carlos was a great contractor when it came to cutting down the trees. My yard was too soft to move the heavy trunks and he let them sit there for weeks and weeks. I asked if he could just mulch them and he said yes but didn't do anything, and then hauled them away. He said he'd come back to fix the fence he pulled down. I had to threaten to hire someone else and bill him before he finally came out. He said he'd fix it quick so the dogs wouldn't get out and he'd come back, but ghosted me. Gave me a sob story about his divorce and moving and having to take on more work, but who DOESN'T have struggles?! My fence is embarrassing and I've had to get quotes from other companies and work a side job to save up to have it fixed. If you hire him - pay the deposit, but withhold the last 25% until he's ACTUALLY done. He'll ghost you otherwise.
