But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.

Now I'm leaving a review here to show the people why I do not recommend this establishment and will NEVER return. I started to just walk away and never go back however seeing that they have failed to call me back I feel this is best so that others can be aware. I have taken a dog I previously had for a while to Pawsatively and was satisfied every time. My husband purchased me a mini golden doodle for Christmas 2023 & I decided to reach out once she had all her shots to get her started with Pawsatively but was told they weren't accepting doodles at the moment. I decided to let her go to the vet that shes use to, to be groomed. I was ok with the groom performed at the vet however although the cut was decent she smelled again a couple days later. Pawsatively happen to reach out on facebook at the perfect time as it was time for my mini doodle to be groomed again. They stated that they were now accepting doodles, I was soooo excited as again they did a awesome job with my previous dog and she always left smelling amazing. I made an appointment for this past Saturday 5/25 for 10am. Upon getting there the first thing that threw me off was they wouldn't allow anyone to enter you have to stand at the door and wait for them to come out. I remember them following this protocol when covid was really bad but years later for this same process to be in place was a little weird. A young lady walked out and greeted me. Before even asking what kind of cut she immediately stated oh she still has puppy hair so we will be doing a puppy groom which consist of cutting her nails a light trim... I cut her off and mentioned to her Caramel has had several grooms now this is just her first time here with you guys. She replied and stated oh wow ok we can try to do a full groom. I told her to cut her low but to leave the top of her hair as she wears bows. The groomer stated ok! I left and got a call about a hour and a half later. I thought hmm that's weird it usually takes more than a hour and a half to groom her. They stated she was ready. I proceed to drop everything to pick her up. My husband approached the door to get her and said that he mentioned to them not to touch the top of her head on the next groom. Whenever I opened my door to let caramel in... I was in complete shock that they shaved all of my baby hair off andddd cut her top that I specifically asked not to be touched. Yes I could have walked back to the door but honestly I was in so much shock that I needed time to process it before reacting. Whenever I got home to inspect her skin and cut I called... unfortunately they didn't answer nor have they called me back. Anytime I told a groomer to cut the dog low NO one has ever completely shave the dog. If it was a case where my previous dog was matted which was maybe once or twice they made sure to tell me when calling to pick her up that she was matted. No one mentioned Caramel was matted and I knew she wasnt as we have a fine tooth comb and comb her out daily and also did the morning of taking her to her appointment. Caramel nails dont even seem like they were cut as when she jumps on you her nails still hurt! I'm very disappointed and will not be returning again. Take a look at the pics posted to this review to gain insight on why this long review was left. The 1st 2 pictures with the bow was before the groom Edited on June 8th still hurt I gave a 1 star review weeks later over a hideous cut! I added pics to show the timestamp of when I attempted to call to advise how unhappy I was with the cut and no one answered and also time stamps of when the pictures of my dog was taken which was the same exact day of the groom! I never responded to your Facebook message nor did I answer your call as I was ok with not receiving a refund as money is never the issue and definitely doesn't resolve the fact that WE were unhappy with the cut received. Please let it be what it is! No other responses are needed your lucky this is the only site I leave a review on I could have taken it to tiktok, Facebook, Instagram that I'm sure does way more damage than a google review Check my google review for pictures and the owners response

The store was pretty large, in my opinion and FILLED with anything you could imagine that you'd need for your pet. They have hand sanitizer available right at the entrance for COVID, along with a statement on the door that they require masks upon entering as well. The left side of the store has plenty of dog food, toys, clothing, and gifts. The right side has everything for cats such as huts (average price of $80), natural toys, leashes, food, raw diet food, treat toppers, and clothing. I'm getting more in depth with the cat side since we only have a cat and were shopping on that side only. The woman, who I assume is the owner, was EXTREMELY nice with helping us find the perfect food for our Bengal. She took her time explaining everything to us in great detail, and never once rushed us. She really made us feel like a valued customer! The amount of information she knew about the different products of food they sell blew.. our.. minds. The information she was giving us ranged from where it came from, what the benefits were, what fit our cat the most, how the brand makes their food.... everything! She knew her stuff, that's for sure! She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, and never once tried to pressure us into buying anything. She was very open minded and positive with how she interacted with us! The prices are very reasonable. They are fully stocked with every item they sell. They do some small discounts if you buy in bulk. It's extremely organized with how they have the layouts of their products throughout the store. You'll definitely walk out of this store with something in your hand. It looked like they were even doing a photo shoot with Santa and your pet in a closed in room as well! I'm overall VERY impressed with our whole experience. We will definitely be coming back and supporting this business. The customer service we got is half of the experience, and knowing you're getting the exact thing that your pet needs is the best feeling. They really know everything about their products.

Cooper is now three years old (he's our big Labrador/Newfoundland mix, over 100 pounds!), and Sadie is 11 (our sweet American Pitbull and Siberian Husky mix). From the moment my husband and I arrived, Angel was prompt, kind, and ready to take great care of them. Even though it was busy, Angel greeted us right away as soon as we walked in the grooming door. She checked us in smoothly and handled Cooper and Sadie with so much patience and love. What really stood out to me is how calm Cooper has become thanks to consistent visits, Angel even mentioned how proud she was to see how well he's grown into the grooming routine. It means so much to us to know that our dogs feel comfortable and safe with her. Their coats came back shiny and beautiful (I always get the Furminator treatment!), and they looked so happy and well cared for when we picked them up. Angel truly goes above and beyond, not just for our dogs, but for everyone's. It shows in how my babies react when they see her, they know they're in good hands and their whole energy calms down. That says everything to me about the trust she builds. I'm so grateful for Angel and the love she puts into her work. She's a true gem, and my family appreciates her so much. My sweet Sadie, 11 years old, my constant companion, my heart, was perfectly fine last night. This morning, she woke up with her left eye squinting shut. Her annual checkup was scheduled for tomorrow, but I called the office to see if I could ask about it. Gabby didn't hesitate. She said, "No, we need to see her today." That quick, decisive action may have saved her sight. Dr. Jacobson examined Sadie right away, ran the necessary tests, and then looked at me with a seriousness I'll never forget: "This is considered an emergency. You need to get her to a specialist as soon as possible." Hearing the word "specialist" when your dog is almost 12 is terrifying, especially when it involves something as delicate as the eyes. I'll admit, my heart dropped. I thought this might be the end. But Dr. Jacobson, along with Olivia, Gabby, and the rest of the Thomasville team, handled everything with professionalism, urgency, and so much compassion. They didn't just hand me a referral and send me on my way, they made sure I understood how urgent it was, where to go, and why this couldn't wait. They moved quickly but never made me feel rushed or left in the dark. Because of their swift action, I was able to get Sadie to All About Eyes Veterinary Ophthalmology that same afternoon. Tonight, she's resting peacefully at home. She still has both her eyes. She's on medication, she's surrounded by love, and everyone who sees her can tell she's cherished. I've loved many animals in my life, but Sadie is different, she is truly like my own child. And I will never forget how Thomasville Veterinary Hospital stepped up for her today. They didn't just treat my dog, they gave us hope. If you want a veterinary practice that treats your pet like family and responds immediately when it matters most, this is the place.
