They have parking in the back. I chose a 7am class so we were the first class that day. I was the first one there and Danielle was very welcoming and showed me quickly what to do and how to sign in. They have a board that shows how many classes certain members have taken at the studio! The class itself was great! It was challenging but not overkill. I felt I could still do what I needed to do that day without a nap! Definitely plan on coming back!

I honestly try to come every Sunday when they teach. I've been doing Pilates for 4 years, I'm a children's yoga instructor, and I've been a ballet dancer since I was 5. With that being said, I really know what I'm doing. Gloria Yang was substituting for Victoria, and WOW, what a mistake. She was an asshole who kept correcting me in a very invasive way. I told her, "Please don't touch me anymore and don't correct me," and she continued touching me even after I told her not to. She even said, "You're doing it wrong." For the first time in years of taking Pilates, I stood up and walked out of a class. There was another person next to me who Gloria asked to put her toes on the barre. The woman said, "I can't, I lost a toe," and Gloria responded, "Listen to me, put them up." She has absolutely no empathy. She is rude, disrespectful, and has no sense of boundaries. If someone tells you NO, it means NO! She was completely inappropriate. If you truly want to continue growing and succeeding as a studio, please do not hire people like this. I am extremely disappointed and upset.

The studio is nice and spacious with high ceilings and the temp. during class was perfect not too hot or cold. When you come in you check in, and they have little cubbies for your stuff at the front. Aleeya gives modifications too as needed. It's definitely different on the x reformer compared to the normal Pilates reformer I'm used too. But good and challenging in a good way! I think one of her greatest traits is that she really listens to you and is open minded about different types of movement, which makes for a great partner in all things movement/fitness related. I was referred to her by a friend when I had a hip injury and June was crucial to figuring out the movement pattern causing it and fixing it. I also often ask June to troubleshoot my form for other types of workouts and she is always happy to do so.

Loyalty means absolutely nothing to her. I will not miss the unsolicited, derogatory comments about the lives of other trainers and clients, nor will I miss her endless complaints about her boyfriend...now husband. From the moment you arrive, Jaya greets everyone warmly and invites you into what she calls the "Veda family," immediately creating a sense of inclusion and belonging. That feeling continues throughout the class -- people were friendly, open, and kind, introducing themselves before class and checking in afterward to see how it was. It felt less like dropping into a random class and more like being welcomed into an existing, caring community. The studio is well organized, with clear guidance on where to go, open shelving inside the room for belongings, and padded flooring that adds noticeable comfort and support during practice. The class begins with a collective Om and settling breathwork, then moves into a steady, rhythmic flow. This is an intermediate-level class with light heat that builds energy and then gently slows down with stretching at the end. (Sidenote: no balancing or long holds - mostly all flow.) The class closes with a chant (with the option to join or simply listen), ending together with "Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti." The Indian-inspired music adds to the grounded, cohesive feeling of the space. Practical notes: The bathroom is just outside the studio and is easy to access and very clean. There are no showers, but the gentle heat makes them unnecessary. Free, tandem parking lot behind the studio. A thoughtfully guided class with a sense of friendliness and community.
