I'm used to studios having showers so leaving in my sweat clothes isn't ideal for me but it's not deal breaker. Our instructor was great! She was subbing for the main teacher but she did great. Easy to follow and she made sure to call out cues clearly through her headset. I will say i want to come back and try the reformer next. I like that they offer a variety of classes because of that reason i will return!

I honestly try to come every Sunday when they teach. I've been doing Pilates for 4 years, I'm a children's yoga instructor, and I've been a ballet dancer since I was 5. With that being said, I really know what I'm doing. Gloria Yang was substituting for Victoria, and WOW, what a mistake. She was an asshole who kept correcting me in a very invasive way. I told her, "Please don't touch me anymore and don't correct me," and she continued touching me even after I told her not to. She even said, "You're doing it wrong." For the first time in years of taking Pilates, I stood up and walked out of a class. There was another person next to me who Gloria asked to put her toes on the barre. The woman said, "I can't, I lost a toe," and Gloria responded, "Listen to me, put them up." She has absolutely no empathy. She is rude, disrespectful, and has no sense of boundaries. If someone tells you NO, it means NO! She was completely inappropriate. If you truly want to continue growing and succeeding as a studio, please do not hire people like this. I am extremely disappointed and upset.

They have a board that shows how many classes certain members have taken at the studio! The class itself was great! It was challenging but not overkill. I felt I could still do what I needed to do that day without a nap! Definitely plan on coming back!

The vibes here are immaculate. In September of 2023, I decided to commit more to my practice and started taking 5 classes a week. Through these classes my body has completely transformed. I have never been this strong in my life. Because Pilates is low impact it makes coming to frequent classes sustainable and enjoyable. I used to be so overworked and stressed from high impact workouts and was never able to get the results I wanted. By being consistent at Studio Elevate I have been able to push myself in ways I never thought possible while finding peace within my workouts. Leah is a dream and her team of skilled instructors are incredible. Thank you to Krissy for helping me stay consistent and keeping me strong.

This studio is designed beautifully and the theme stays consistent with the other 2 existing studios. They offer both reformers and mat pilates in one studio! They also have plenty of cubbies for you to store your belongings and infrared saunas available for purchase. I have taken classes with various instructors at each of the 3 studios. I found that although they all have different styles of teaching, they are all challenging yet enjoyable. They are not unreasonably challenging and will offer modifications as needed. Most instructors do most of the workout with you, especially in mat pilates, and are great with hands-on correction. They also really know how to incorporate props such as the ball, ankle weights, hand weights, etc. into the workout. By far, one of my favorite pilates studios in West LA!
