    I had never heard of the mega reformer prior to coming to this studio. My friend told me she was doing the classes in MB and she goes 5 days a week! (how, I don't know lol) I'm so happy there's one here in Culver as I tried the MB location this room has a better vibe, layout and lighting. Justin and Prima have been my favorites so far but everyone at this Culver location has been truly awesome and I haven't tried everyone out yet. I can't believe how much stronger feel just coming here for 2 weeks. I enjoy this so much I feel like I have finally found my happy place that will give awesome results! From my understanding this is referred to as the Lagree method vs regular pilates. I will be checking out the Playa location for fun one day too as each place has some different extra themed classes that rotate at times. Free parking below or street. Love love!

    A clean, fun, bright place for an all-body workout. A friend talked me into getting a trial pass. Luckily I don't have to do the trial at the original studio. I decided to try the Culver location as it's a little closer to my home. Overall, great and challenging all-body workout. I'd be up so wobbly I was afraid I'd wobble right off the megareformer, jk :D. The shake was my muscles showing me they were really putting in the work. I walked out feeling a new connection to muscles I hadn't felt in a while. This is my first visit to this location and the workout was great, but the parking situation is a challenging one. Give yourself time to find parking.

They have parking in the back. I chose a 7am class so we were the first class that day. I was the first one there and Danielle was very welcoming and showed me quickly what to do and how to sign in. In a sea of Pilates studios in LA, the Body Process stands out to me with how they focus not on aesthetics or trendy workouts, but classical Pilates, breath work, and being in touch with your body's needs, strengths, weaknesses and potential. I (along with other friends/family) seen a physical change in my appearance, and I definitely have gotten so much stronger + significantly reduced my back and foot pain at work, since I now know how to strengthen my muscles and balance usage correctly. My favorite instructor is Grace, who has super spicy and challenging workouts but is always so encouraging, kind, and attentive to correct form, but I would highly recommend checking out different instructors and seeing who fits your fitness needs and goals best. All the girls in my classes are so refreshingly unpretentious, nice and friendly, and this truly is a safe space for bodies of all sizes and types. This is my favorite Pilates studio that I've tried out thus far, and I highly checking out their studio if you're looking for a genuine community and a physical + mentally healthy space to pursue your fitness journey!

I can see myself becoming stronger every week They have a diverse selection of classes. Each are about 50 minutes long. I started with 9 foundation classes before enrolling in the more advanced classes - which really helped me improve my form & learn the moves. There is no pressure to overexert yourself but more of a focus to acknowledge where you are & help you gain strength over time. Which as a semi slender couch potato with a previous car injury I truly appreciate this outlook. Overall, I've noticed my body has improved & so have my stress levels. About the studio itself: everything is new & well maintained. I appreciate the commitment to non toxic hand sani & cleaning products. The location is perfectly nestled in the Culver Art District & it is nice area to walk around after class. You barely hear the outside traffic (if there is any). It is a peaceful atmosphere. Parking is easy to find on the streets. There's a few bus stops not too far away as well.
