There were no signs explaining where to wait, and we had been inside for less than five minutes. Instead of politely directing everyone, the security supervisor interrogated my boyfriend about why we were standing there, then walked away with an attitude. The female security guard continued yelling at everyone and making passive-aggressive comments like, "It's not hard, y'all. I already got in trouble because of y'all. Let's go!" Several people in line commented on how rude and unnecessarily stern both the guard and her supervisor were. Having a position of authority doesn't excuse speaking to customers with disrespect. A simple request would've accomplished the same thing. There is a professional, courteous way to communicate expectations without being condescending, aggressive, or looking for conflict. Respect should be the bare minimum, especially toward the people keeping your business running.

It was a waste of money. We had it delivered around 3am and it took well over an hour and a half to get it so we didn't want to call back and wait even longer. We ended up re rolling one ourselves after wasting 2 joints trying to smoke them. After sending a message explaining our disappointment, a week goes by and I get a response saying there's nothing they can do (obviously now since it's been over a week) and basically we just shouldn't have smoked them. We were only there for 2 days so there wasn't a whole lot we could do about it. So it was a shitty experience and really frustrating "customer service". Im giving 2 stars because the small amount of weed we were able to smoke was good quality.

The doctor has a very unconventional personality and seems focused primarily on evaluating and approving cannabis cards. I asked about an unrelated medical procedure, and he quickly told me I didn't need it, which at least saved me from pursuing something unnecessary.
