I had a very disappointing experience with delivery from Oasis Cannabis Dispensary. The driver called me before arriving and told me my ID had expired in their system. I was confused because I had never used their delivery service since moving to Las Vegas. I explained that it might be an old profile from a previous visit when I was on vacation and that I simply wanted clarification so the issue could be fixed properly. I work in IT, so I understand how duplicate or outdated profiles can happen. Following the instructions given, I canceled the order and placed a new one with the updated information. However, when the driver arrived, she called again and claimed I had not provided the correct delivery details, even though I absolutely did. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the driver spoke to me in a very accusatory tone and treated me as if I had done something wrong. When I calmly explained that the information was entered correctly and that the issue likely related to an old account profile, she became visibly irritated. She then threw the product toward me, left immediately, and did not provide my change. My order total was $107, and I gave $120. I have cameras outside my apartment that recorded the interaction. I contacted the store to report the situation, but was told the driver was not there and they could not address it immediately. I'm not someone who normally leaves negative reviews. I was genuinely trying to resolve a technical issue so it would not happen again. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally. Customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses it appropriately. read more

I've been back on the West Coast for a few weeks now. I'm not sure Why I hadn't stopped by a Dispensary before today. After driving 18 hours from Texas to Vegas by myself. It's a wonder my anxiety isn't over the roof. However I was looking for a Threading Salon and of course my GPS (good Old Gertrude) stumbled upon Oasis Dispensary. Now I ain't gonna lie, even though I found the Threading Salon. I still came out with a great selection and deal. Matt was my Dispensary Guru. He actually helped with my selections and then gave me a 30% off my first purchase which was Awesome. The prices were pretty decent and I took one or two puffs of the Sativa pre rolled and immediately wanted to fall asleep. That definitely helped me get a greats nice sleep. I find it amazing how different dispensary experiences can be. This is actually the first one I have been to outside of California where I have seen everything from an overwhelming packed inventory in a basement level store to a layout in a well lit by natural light setting that rivals an Apple Store's layout. Of course, this one was something yet again different... As you drive into the entrance and get your ID checked before you can park your car, it feels more like I should have ordered something for pickup or delivery. Well, I didn't. With my ID already checked, the same person who gated the car entrance let me into the store, so I bypassed what seemed to be a place where you would normally be checked before entering the actual store area. Maybe the entrance protocol is not the same all the time? Anyway... going inside, I was glad I did some research online. My level of experience (outside the LEVEL brand which is only available at the moment in CA) is equivalent to "I have no idea what I am doing", so between one of the bar tenders coming out to greet me and my general purchase target screenshotted on my phone, I thought I had a chance of making this work...and it did! It turned out there was basically a two for one sale on the City Trees cartridges, so having three already in mind, I asked the person helping me out and used her suggestion as the fourth one to buy. The only hiccup was needing to use a different debit card reader, since the first one she tried went nowhere. (At least she knew some of them were finicky). To leave, you are out not only a different door but also a different exit for the car. Altogether, a great experience at what seemed to be decent pricing. read more

Let me begin by saying this has been my go to dispo for at least 3 years and I really used to like this place but this place is now the worst, their City Trees concentrates are routinely mediocre at best and they go out of their way to not really let you see what youre getting so you get home and end up with some gross looking stuff. The house prerolls are gross, my wife came home with a few $3 prerolls they suckered her into buying and Ive got higher from CBD weed. Then there is the 3 times they feel the need to scan your license when you get there, why do I need to be scanned to enter the parking lot, then when I walk in the door then when I purchase? There is no reason I have to hand my personal ID over 3 times to have it scanned to get in this place and buy. You know how many times Nevada Made scans your license, once. Then the constant understaffing and long lines even at 2am. The employees dont answer the phone which wouldnt be an issue if these people kept their website updated so you dont waste a trip after midnight when the day changes and the specials are no longer up to date. All around this place is full of lazy, uncaring, and phony for tips employees who 90% of really need to be replaced. The policies here are ridiculous, the product is mediocre, the service is atrocious. I havent tipped these people in months and recommend that if you wait longer than 10 minutes dont tip. This will get this place to actually serve their customers or at bare minimum not make you a sucker for tipping for bad service. Contrary to what they want you to believe tipping is completely optional. read more

While visiting Las Vegas for the usher tour I decided to go get some treats. Thai place offers a discount on your Uber or Lyft when you come there. Upon entry the security is on point. They check your IF when pulling in and again at the door. They have many options from edibles, drinks, and Bud. Like a candy store. I purchased a few pre rolls, Bud , and gummies. The customer service here is great. The young lady that waited on me was not too versed on the hybrid options they had so I just picked something familiar (white Widow), they had a sale going where you buy two pre rolls and get a house brand for free. The gummies were on point for my wife! Had her vining the whole concert! The white widow was great as I remembered. The house hybrid was a little Reggie. Not a go to for smell or taste. I suppose I could have chosen different words after the girl behind the counter greeted me, but I wanted to test her product knowledge. So I asked her, "Do you have Blue Tits?" She responded with enthusiasm, "Yes, a new shipment arrived just today!"  And with that I grabbed a couple of grams and dang, Blue Tits is some mighty fine weed from NLV Organics with it's 25% THC.  If you're in town visiting, I recommend you buy a gram or two of this...each little gram bag, around $10, has just the right amount to fit in a cone.  Because if you buy a pre-roll just for the convenience, you may be disappointed with the results.  I've had a few sold to me that were weak, possibly buds being mixed with some shake.  Take the extra minute to put your own weed into a cone, so at least you know what you're puffing. Inside Oasis, you're led into this big room with jewelry store-type display cases packed with dozens of brands of delicious-looking edibles and jars of buds dripping with crystals. Amazing progress over the decades, for those of us who smoked 7% THC ditchweed in the 60's and 70's.  Today you can just order it like pizza and have someone from Oasis bring you an instant stash. Damn!  All those years we spent avoiding arrest. I guess soon enough, they'll fly a drone to the backyard patio and drop off some RSO oil, chocolate edibles, gummies, and an eighth of their top shelf weed....30 minutes after the order is placed. Oasis has a sizeable crew on hand, so the wait times are less than some dispensaries and the line usually moves fast. There is a good assortment of products, daily specials, and everyone there seems like they enjoy their job. Oasis has been one of my favorite dispensaries to work a pop up at for so many reasons. The atmosphere for one, is always lit with great music and friendly service from staff. I'm there every Saturday for their infamous happy hour promoting Verano and I always have great experiences whenever I'm there. Big thanks to their entire weekend crew always making my work day that much smoother. From budtenders to managers. Big shout out to Mikey, Jose, Ashley, Anthony, Al, Matt, Sam, Odessa, Tim, literally everyone including those I didn't name, who works there during my Saturday shift shows love to my table and greets me every week and i appreciate them all for making me feel like a part of their team. Although the real reason my experiences has always been on point is because of the Security team at Oasis. They make sure i get my set up inside by helping me with my luggage when i arrive and when I get ready to leave for the day. They make my pop ups that much easier and hassle free plus they are all wonderful people who not only secure the dispensary but bring smiles to customers as they walk in. That part alone really helps me in my work because when people are in a good mood they are more likely to visit my table during a pop up. When in Vegas....you gotta go into a legal cannabis store!! Our amazing Lyft driver recommended this place and actually waited for us for 15 minutes as we just quickly browsed. We were leaving for Texas so didn't even buy anything because, duh Texas. Thumbs down Texas! Anywhoooo, I was very amazed by how clean and beautiful this place was. All the prices and descriptions were posted clearly by the products. This long walk leaves us both thirsty. Thank fully so you have cups and water in your waiting area Unfortunately this water was accidentally spilled by my young pup the employee in the waiting area was advised of the spill. Instead of asking maintenance or attending to the spill himself the employee demanded it be cleaned up by me handing me the mop As someone already suffering from suffer social anxiety and having the whole line looking at me it was mopped up. Being a black woman being forced to Mop has sent me in a tail spin and had triggered me to a point where visiting your establishment in the future will not happen the peopl I the line were uttering he just wrong for that .. and shaking their heads at the fact he told me to clean up the water . oasis has gone from being my favorite to being the worst in moments.
