I'm honestly not sure what the point of checking was if there was no intention of helping me find a solution. I ended up driving to multiple other vape shops and still couldn't find what I needed, so I returned hoping they might be willing to help, but no luck. I don't know who the stupid guy is who keeps hanging up the phone, but hey, it's not my loss. I ended up buying 15 cartons at Las Vegas Paiute Tribal Smoke Shop, and I'm just glad I did. The staff is friendly and answers the phone. Smokes Mart just lost another customer due to the staff's laziness in answering the phone.

We've gone other times when there's other people there working but none of them give us the great customer service that Noah does. He is so knowledgeable about the products and gives us suggestions and his opinions on things so, of course, we buy more than we originally ever plan on buying. We've been to the shop in Costa Mesa and on the Southside of town as well but the Sky Pointe is our favorite location. So many choices in vape juices, vape mods and other accessories.
