A pack of gummies is about $30 for an okay amount. They have some gummies that are vegan but not a lot. A lot of drinkable items and edibles like candy and chocolate. This is some potent shit. Cash only like at most dispensaries. It has a well trained staff who know a lot about the products and they're helpful. The prices are too high to come here often but it's a good place for a treat.

She certainly was failing, if so. I found her to be quite rude. She continued to chastise me as she rang me up. I guess in the weed business, they don't have to be nice to the customer? She made a face and said "Uh, I need your ID...?" I said "Oh, ok. You didn't ask me for it..." She said "I didn't. You were talking" So, I hear you loud and clear Curaleaf- you don't want my business. I'll go elsewhere. Gotcha Also, the prices online/at the kiosk are "estimates" and can change by the time you get to the register, which I find very odd. Also, if you have to use an ATM card, they have this absolutely bizarre practice of having to round up and then give you change. So, my order came to $36.53, they rounded up to $40, and handed me change (and then explained the $3.50 ATM fee). Since other dispensaries sell the exact same product, why go to a place that is consistently weird and treats you like this? I'll be heading to a different dispensary for my next purchase, thank you very much.

I stated I had traveled far to come and get medical marijuana, I knew what I wanted and could pay over the phone that I would be there within the next two minutes max. The person on the other end of the line asks if they can do that and I hear people yelling NO! And conversations. He comes back to say no, because they closed their registers earlier than the listed time of closing. All registers were fully broken down by 3:30 pm. They were listed as closing at 8pm when I spent over an hour traveling there. I was in the weather they were closing over. This is Chicago. It snows in Chicago. It's upsetting that they would treat a disabled person with a medical condition this way. It's apparent they don't want my business.

Before that I frequently went to the Southwestern location and never experienced issues beyond slow service. A couple months ago I purchased a 3.5g container that had a broken outer seal and the inner plastic seal was missing. When I weighed it at home it was short. I reported it and received a replacement eighth, which I appreciated, but it did not seem like the issue was seriously investigated. Unfortunately the exact same thing happened again today. I purchased a 3.5g container of Find Everyday Cannabis flower, Singapore Sling strain. When I got home the seal was already broken and the product weighed short again. I called the store and spoke with a lead about the issue. Instead of listening to the concern, the conversation felt dismissive and unhelpful. The responses focused on questioning what I observed rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation. For a long time customer raising a legitimate product concern, the interaction was surprisingly cold and unproductive. Once customers leave the store they are not allowed to return with the product, which makes situations like this extremely difficult to resolve. After spending thousands of dollars with this company over time, having this happen twice along with the way it was handled is very disappointing. I hope management reviews both their product handling procedures and how serious customer concerns are addressed at this location. So incredibly disappointed in this place. Do better.

I had been traveling over an hour to get to the location when this happened. I'll say I was in a mood. Ascend changed all of that. My friends and I were covered in snow and the gated entrance gives a nice reprieve to brush off the snow and stamp out your boots before entering. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by an employee that was very polite and friendly. He helped us out and even brought me my glove I had dropped. I was able to quickly find what I wanted on their touchscreens. So many great deals! I ended up buying edibles and flower. I was then led to a hallway and into the dispensary room. To your immediate right is the line for medical marijuana. The employee was already waiting for me and was so helpful in explaining the medical marijuana card to me. I ended up getting some great deals, received some free edibles as a gift for being a new customer and was really pleased overall with the service I received. It's also just off the blue line at Logan Square which I was looking forward to a much shorter go home. Place is really chill and pleasant. Very clean and well lit. I HIGHly recommend this specific location for all of your medical marijuana needs.
