Why do I love this place? First of all is the location, it is nestled on a small island which…read moremakes it feel like a vacation retreat. I have been here many times to use the baths and have a relaxing massage, both in the summer and winter. All my visits were 5-star, now you may find a spa with newer tubs, larger saunas, fancy entrances but this place has charm and to me charm, cleanliness, attentive staff is what it is all about. Take a book and relax in one of the quiet areas, of course after you've been in the hottubs, steam room, and sauna. Even take a nap on a hammock, in season of course. They also offer overnight stays which I would consider, but I'm so close it seems a bit much.

This review is for my stay on August 12 2017. A great spa resort to stay at if you want to just…read morerelax. The facility is very clean and welcoming, while the back area - with the 3 hot tubs, pool and saunas - has a quiet noise level all the time to ensure everyone can just relax. I would definitely come back. Pros - Very relaxing and an array of things to do (saunas, restaurant, pool, hot tubs). - Price of the hotel stay was inexpensive, especially since it was the weekend of the Roger's Cup finals - 30 minute drive to Montreal - Surrounding city is beautiful - Continental breakfast was good - Service is very friendly and willing to help out in any way they can Cons - Hotel room door was broken and we had issues everytime we locked it - The bridge to get to the hotel is very narrow and may be difficult for larger cars to get through

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!…read more In my honest opinion this place is way too big and not personalized at all. I felt like a number... super long wait service is horrible.. it was not easy to get an appointment. But finally, I managed to get a deep tissue massage super last minute like I was a piece of meat ...like yea come now or never -.- very stressful.. so I arrived maybe 15min earlier 12:15 to my 12:30 appointment and I still waited an extra 15 min for my masseuse that started at 12:45.. very annoying and was not sure I wanted to proceed but I told myself I'd probably feel much better after my massage and it would make up for the lack of professionalism. I received my deep tissue massage by Dimitry .. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.. he was just terrible... he had no skills and was going into places he shouldn't have gone to like way too close to my private areas I kindove felt violated and just wanted to leave and not cause a scene.. it was NOT a deep tissue massage whatsoever and paying for one was a total ripoff... I explained my frustration at the front desk and mentioned how unsatisfied I was and how it was one of the most embarrassing experience I had.. they didn't care and just wanted me to pay and get out.. it was so embarrassing and will never ever step my foot back here again... not even an explanation at the front desk.. they said someone in the higher ups would be contacting me to discuss but still nothing yet.. I'm just so upset and disgusted by this traumatic event !

It's quite fancy and all the estheticians are professional and knowledgeable. Depending on your service you are offered a coffee or a tea! Water is available for everyone. There is a section in the front where you can buy products! C L E A N L I N E S S Very clean and tidy! Everything is well organized! C O S T $$$ The cost here is a little bit higher that most other nail bars and spas. The manicure/pedicures are good, the staff is friendly, but in my opinion the massages, facials and waxing are their specialties! Definitely worth it! The estheticians always seem very busy, they work them quite hard, so don't forget to tip your esthetician for a job well done! W A I T T I M E S There is a waiting area filled with couches, magazines and a little fire place. I called on an appointment only two days in advance, they are usually very accommodating! My appointment started a little bit late, but maybe 10-15 minutes late. One of my nails chipped and when I returned the following day to fix it, they brought me in right away, 0 wait time! So I guess it depends on the day! P A R K I N G There is a parking lot that is shared with the restaurants and other shops. L O C A T I O N Great location! It's on St-Jean and has awesome restaurants, coffee shops and
