Best cupcakes in Cleveland,TN and that is also possible for the entire state although I cant say not having gone to every cupcake place in the state.. but I digress... Fresh HUGE cupcakes, I always bring my family and friends here when they visit for a treat. My daughter begs for them all the time so we go as a reward for schoolwork and chores being done now and then. read more

The cupcakes are very dry and not worth $3.50. I been itching to get to this place only to get stale, dried out and nasty tasting cupcakes. The people who wrote good reviews must be their friends, but mark my words: Don't get these dried out breads that taste box made. I'm so disappointed!! read more

I have had their cup cakes many times and just love them! They have the best cake part of the cupcake - it is moist and delicious with a hint of vanilla that really shines through and I have never been disappointed. Today my review is due to their customer service, which is 5-star as well! My husband is in ICU due to Covid complications and I wanted to due something for the medical staff caring for him. I am unable to leave the house (Covid as well) so I called Cupcake Divas to ask if they could handle the delivery to the hospital. They were fabulous in taking the order and delivering to the unit where my husband is in. I can't thank them enough and I know the medical staff will be very happy with the cupcakes! read more

I hate hate HATE giving bad reviews. But, BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...I've been to Cupcake Divas three times over a 2 year period. Their buttercream tastes greasy, like Crisco instead of butter. The cake tastes on the dry side and tastes like it came from a box. Today, I got a white chocolate raspberry cupcake, and an apple caramel cupcake. Both buttercreams on these cupcakes tasted identical. NO flavor at all. Tasted like Crisco and powdered sugar and the buttercream wasn't smooth and creamy, but a bit grainy. The cake on the white choc raspberry tasted like a plain, straight-from -the-box vanilla cake; the buttercream was as I described before, plain and grainy and flavorless. It did have a dollop of raspberry preserves on the top. There was NO white chocolate flavor anywhere at all. The apple caramel cake tasted like a boxed mix with cinnamon and small apple chunks added. The butter cream had NO flavor, as stated earlier. This cupcake had a drizzle of caramel (obviously the store bought icecream topping kind). This is now the only place to really get cupcakes in Cleveland, now that Chattanooga Cupcakes closed. They had the best cupcakes I've ever tasted and you could actually tell that everything about Chattanooga Cupcakes's cupcakes was HOMEMADE. I'll never waste $3 on another one of Cupcake Divas cupcakes. I can get much better at Cook's grocery store or BI-LO. read more

I sent them an email a few weeks ago and a gentleman called me a couple times, leaving messages to call him about their products. I'm terrible about returning phone calls, and never got around to it. Well, about 15 minutes ago there was a knock on my door. A gentleman (I'm assuming it was the same man from the phone) in a Flowers Foods jacket stood there holding 3 bags of various baked goods, and told me that they hadn't been able to reach me, but that he thought he'd stop by with a few of their most popular sandwich breads. I was completely floored. I've never heard of this kind of customer care!! I thanked him profusely and he told me that building a relationship with customers is important to them, and I told him he has a customer for life! I was so flustered that I didn't catch his name or the location of his office or if he was from the local bakery. Kicking myself for that now. Their bread is AMAZING (trust me, I know bread). Do yourself a favor and try the Cobblestone brand -- they're at Walmart, Publix, and other grocery chains throughout the south, up through the northeast and even out west. Giant, perfect-sized hamburger buns, gorgeous kaiser rolls, delicious hoagie bread that's not too big and not too small. And on top of that, they totally value their customers. I am a huge fan. Try them -- you won't be disappointed!

The only thing was that I wish the sides were a little bigger in proportion to the carne asada. For me, the sides are just as important as the protein. So I wish they gave a little more to balance out the whole dish. Other than that, I liked what I ordered. I'd come back for the carne asada and ice cream.
