I have recently been coming to this establishment on and off for about 3 months. The coffee is good. My order is simple; a cup of flavor of the day and with extra 2% milk. I have noticed that one staff member who worked this week on Wednesday and Thursday has had quite the unpleasant attitude. The last thing a person wants to deal with is an employee with an attitude at the place you are getting your morning cup of joe. I wanted the owner to be aware that customers are the key to your success. A pleasant smile and a good morning can go a long way. I have been coming to this cute little coffee shack off and on since 2012. I lived in the Mission Gorge area and would come here often even when the line to order was pretty long. The times I have stopped driving out of my way to visit has 100% been because of the awful service from the random staff over the years. I have had a group of girls that were super kind and always made the best drinks and then there has been times I have literally looked to see who is working. I would completely AVOID this place when certain staff members were on staff. This is really sad as over the years the flow of traffic seems to have really declined. I think it is because the lack of basic customer service from a particular staff member who seem to work during the weekdays. I ask to have my drinks double blended to keep large chunks of ice out of the drink. I am always polite and say hello and ask nicely for this to be done, there is NEVER a line of cars, and I seem to ALWAYS get an attitude from this person who is currently on staff. No smile, no real Hello, no nothing but handing over drinks with the most I hate it here and you are bothering me right now attitude. Now I have had enough of her, so I am here to explain to the owner about this girl just in case she is unaware of the current goings on... Today, 10/2/2025, I had a HUGE chunk of ice in the bottom of my drink and was still nearby, so I swung over to just show her my concerns of why I always ask for a double blended drink. She just looked at me and said "ok". No accountability, no apology. Just a smug look and an indifference response. She asked me if I "had finished the drink" (as I was holding the empty cup, besides the large hunk of ice, out of the window so she could clearly see what I was talking about) Now mind you... I was speaking to her very nicely, no cussing, no fussing, no tossing the drink at her. None of the dramatics you think of seeing on the tic tock feed about disgruntled customers. I was just trying to get someone who ALWAYS seems to HATE being at work and CONSISTANTLY gives lack luster customer service a little feedback. She asked what I wanted her to do, and I said to check her bad attitude towards someone who pays for a service she is getting paid to provide. She then proceeded to tell me "Who do you think you are to tell me to check my attitude". Don't ask me a question if you don't want my honest option. I have worked both as a barista and a supervisor in the customer service field for more than 10 years. This was out of line and absolutely CRAZY! It does not take too much effort to let the second blend go all the way through to avoid this unpleasant chunk in my drink. Especially when there was not a single person or car waiting to be served. She proceeded to tell me not to tell her how difficult her job is. I have done your job sis... for 5 years in a fast-paced coffee house with 2 espresso machines, 2 blenders 3 different kinds of drip coffee getting rebrewed every hour and 3 registers with a line out the door for 4 hours every morning. You are currently not working in that. It's not that deep. I didn't ask for a refund, never asked for the owner's info to complain further or to have my drink remade. Just care about the service you are providing and the money I am spending where you are working. No traffic to your job for food and drinks no need to have you on staff, right? I can go to so many other coffee shop well within my neighborhood but I go out of my way to come here... be glad people still come. I remember when the owner was considering selling off the little shack. I just wanted to her to take responsibility. She didn't give my drink a double blend as requested and this was the result. A simple apology without the "I'm sorry that this happened for the first time ever" I hope she has a better day but also takes up a different choice in jobs as customer service is not her strong suit. read more

Love it!! A new favorite coffee shop. It's located at the Jackson dr and Navajo rd. It's a little tiny coffee cart in the middle of the parking lot. You can drive thru or walk up. They offer a vast variety of espresso drinks. They have endless drink options (lattes, espresso, smoothies) I've tried 4 drinks already and they were delicious. The large (3 shots) white mocha, tuxedo latte, Milky Way and pot of gold. Drink prices are extremely reasonable. The customer service is great. The ladies in the morning are very prompt, professional and efficient. You can't go wrong with this place. A must try. Don't drive past another day without getting your morning joe!! read more

Would definitely check this place out again! Grabbing coffee and finding new playgrounds is totally my thing and this spot was right near where I was headed. Although I've known of this place a long time I finally tried it. The prices are SO reasonable! The "wish I lived closer" type reasonable. I imagine they probably have a frequency card which I forgot to ask for! It's an easy little drive thru shack which makes mom life that much easier. They offer smoothies and small snacks- typical pastry options. I think they were a bit low because I came later in the morning so we passed on trying a snack today. There's 1 small picnic table if you felt inclined to get out of your car to enjoy your coffee. I will say, I wish I would have grabbed the name of the gentleman working today because he was incredibly friendly and sweet. He made my experience wonderful and he deserves a shout out. We used to love Cup n Go, but in the last few months it has been closed 4-5 times we have driven there for drinks in the morning. went to this cute lil gem this morning! it's so tiny and cute! the girl that helped us this morning was very nice and got our 3 drinks done in a timely manner! i ordered their white raspberry truffle as an americano (for more coffee taste) and that was delicious! my boyfriend got the chai with almond milk and cinnamon and we picked up a caramel macchiato for a friend! everything was amazing and a lot less expensive then the green company (; will be coming back here this weekend for sure! just a heads up they don't have coconut milk as a substitution for milk but they carry almond, oat and soy!!! read more

I really do appreciate the convenience, service, and coffee from Cup 'n Go. Until today unfortunately. I love dogs but I have a dog allergy. The customer in the drive thru before me had a dog and I watched as the employee pet the dog and fed the dog, the dog licked his had, then the car drove off. I was next and the employee didn't wash his/her hand and his/her recently dog licked fingers was now holding and handing me my coffee, from the top where lips would go. So I ask for a straw, and I get an unwrapped strapped being handed to by the same dog licked fingers!!!! All I ask if that you be more aware of your job, your customers and your surroundings. Petting and caring for a dog is cool, doing so when you have serve people food drinks, probably not cool, especially if you don't WASH YOUR HANDS!!! Please do better. read more

Small but mighty!! Cup 'n Go's coffee never fails to please. The prices are reasonable, the staff is so friendly, and they have punch cards!! I've been coming here for a few years now and like to stop by whenever I have a little extra time on my hands. My go to drink is their iced peanut butter mocha, which actually was a special a few years ago. What I love about this drink if they actually mix in a spoonful of peanut butter instead of using flavored syrups. Along with coffee, they sell baked goods, such as bagels and muffins. Due to being such a small place, it seems they only have 2 people working at a time so during busy hours, the wait can be up to 15 mins. When I'm on my way across town and parking at Cowles Mountain Coffee Company just seems too hard, Cup 'n 'Go is my go-to coffee stand. Cup 'n Go is close by my house, opens early, and offers coffee and espresso drinks via a drive-thru window. If the drinks at Cup 'n Go were better, the place would rate four stars in my book. However, no matter what I buy and no matter who prepares it, the coffee always has a slightly burnt, bitter taste to it, and the espresso has the sour, weak and watery consistency usually associated with "under-extracted" shots. I don't drink coffee but had a friend over who does drink coffee and I knew that after a late night out she was going to need it when she got out of bed. Being that I live so close I hopped on my bike and came here. The location is at Jackson and Navajo behind the dentist's office. There is a drive thru which is how you pretty much order but you can walk up to a window. I walked up and placed an order for a medium mocha espresso latte for my friend. While they were taking my order they were still able to work the drive thru but it seemed as if they don't get walk ups too often. The staff was very friendly and quick with my order but I can see how it can take a little longer if you have a large order. If you do have a large order I would suggest writing it down and walking up to give them the opportunity to focus on it and not hold up the drive thru line. There are only 2 staff members so they can't have a huge factory line to help get multiple drinks out quickly. Drinks can only be made 1 at a time and if you have a semi fancy one, you are going to have to wait for it as they are going to have to work to get it to you. I did only get one drink but asked for a drink holder. I got some weird looks but explained I was riding my bike and needed to be able to place the drink in the basket without it tipping over. I did get the holder and got the drink back to my friend in 1 piece. She enjoyed her coffee and the caffeine. For starters, CUP-N-GO is definitely the coffee spot for the 21st century. You pull in off navajo, get your paradise-in-a-cup, and can exit.. to make a right turn RIGHT BACK ONTO NAVAJO. Damn. It's like they have a wormhole installed on the exit, homie! Perfect for when you're hungover, two hours late to work and have to get a move on.. BUT NOT WITHOUT THAT JOE! Then, the next thing you'll immediately notice is that there is a very friendly and awesome adult lady working there (and they hired a dude a few months back), but aside from that I think they only hire fun, sassy young ladies ; ) It may not be equal opportunity, but it's all good in my book. As for the products.. the coffee will absolutely blow you away. And the baked goods will rock your socks. Try ordering a hammerhead w/ coconut, and hazelnut flavors.. and a blueberry scone. I love cup n go! This place has been around for awhile but for some reason I hadn't been in several years. I remember getting Italian sodas here often as a kid so I thought I would give it a go. They have a really good selection of espresso drinks. Today I had the coconut cream latte iced, it was SO good this is definitely my new favorite coffee spot. They also advertise snow cones on the drive thru menu but they don't actually have any. If they started having snow cones again especially in summer I would be here every day! Spectacular coffee spot! It's a little hut that is right off of Navajo. The coffee is great, the people are always smiling-- even in the wee hours of the morning. Specialty drinks, and very pet friendly. They always have puppy treats for the puppies. Prices are good. They have muffins, and health bars that taste homemade as well.
