We get there and start waiting again, when it's 12pm I ask if he's still behind and by this time he's an hour behind... no one bothered to come let me know or even call me to let me know to come at a later time. I was finally seen at 1245pm and I didn't receive a single apology from anyone. Although they did give me a $10 gift card for my wasted 4 hours of time. Dr. Cassity put in additional stitches, excessive bleeding continued so an assistant told me to go to ER. Well he has been the best dentist I have ever went to. Let me make a long story short. With this stupid dental discount card that I thought was insurance I found a dentist that took it.
