It was exhausting! When I saw that this office was less than 10mins from my house I crossed my fingers! Our initial consultation was very direct and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. Dr Brett explained all of our options thoroughly, and left me (and my kid) feeling really confident in the next steps. Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. It is so refreshing to find a dentist that you know you can trust. We left today, and I think it's safe to say that we found our new dentist! Side note: The staff is also amazing!

The front staff was so friendly but I wish I could say the same for the dentist I saw. I came in with a very specific concern only to be brushed off multiple times and offered no real solution. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. I had to look up on their website to see who I saw and I'm positive it was Dr. Brett. If you insist on going here, try booking with the other dentist.

Things were quite different when I reached Hale Family Dental. After explaining my emergency they told me to come in that same day. I went in, did some paperwork, and guess what? My procedure only took about 15 minutes! I was treated well, and I will most definitely be coming back here for future dental work. After calling and emailing with Candace the office manager, it was made clear that the financial policy I signed and what I was charged were VERY different. The team was very personal able and answered all of my questions. I got my teeth cleaned and they took the time to highlight all the positive things and explain why they did what they did. I want to say it was Camille and Dr Jared. I was grateful that my self maintenance did a great job and have healthy teeth and they proudly honored that instead of trying to scare me into coming more regular. When it came time to leave , the checkout lady, Jodi , made sure I understood how insurance was covering what and what my obligation was and why. I asked the same question a few times because it didn't click and she gracefully made sure I was confident in what I understood. I also have interest in removing my amalgam filling and replacing it with a porcelain crown and Jodi made sure I understood all the ins and out of payment for that. Only concern I had was after my first x rays taken that I had to bite down on, I didn't see it cleaned before or after and that made me feel weird about the cleanliness of the whole office. Though the room I was in gave me a personal tour of the whole office being in back corner and I noticed the whole place was spotless which made me feel I just wasn't present for the cleaning. Overall great experience, fast service and I will go back.
