Oh my goodness I did one of the stupidest things I ever did in my life, but Dr. Paul Huffaker and…read morehis dental assistant Anna, saved me lol! I was opening a new small bottle of Loctite water resistant super glue gel with my teeth and didn't know that a whole glob was going to come out into my mouth! It was pretty much the whole bottle. I have no idea how that happened since I was so careful not to squeeze it. It was horrifying! I scraped as much off my tongue as I could but it hardened pretty quickly as I called Poison Contol. They reassured me that when it was dry it would not be toxic to me. It was like I had cement all over my upper and lower teeth on the front and right side of my mouth, and on the roof of my mouth. I couldn't get it off! It wouldn't budge no matter how hard I tried. So the next day I went to Dr. Huffaker's office. Everyone there is so nice! As he got started getting it off my teeth he was very reassuring and said that he could get the superglue off my teeth. He was kind and talked to me as he worked. Some of what he told me were some of the uses of super glue. Very interesting! It helped me not hate super glue forever lol. He worked at it for quite awhile and did some major work! And then Anna came in and did the fine-tuning with some fine instruments and the polisher. It took quite some time to get it all off! She kept asking me if I could feel anymore and I'd keep saying yes there's more here or there. There was so much! It got in every little tiny crack and crevice in my teeth. She was so patient and detailed and cared to get every little bit of it off. My tongue was raw from having that cement-like/sandpaper feeling in my mouth for almost 24 hours. It was such a relief to have her get all those MANY areas taken care of. My teeth feel amazing now and my tongue is already feeling better next day too. You guys saved me! Thank you so much!

My second visit had to be rescheduled because I was sick and could hardly function. I was also about to leave for a trip and was afraid he wouldn't be able to reschedule before I left, but he got me in 3 days later (the day before I left for my trip) He managed to save a tooth that most likely would have been an expensive crown at most other places. He doesn't push to have unnecessary work done and he'll work with you to figure out the cheapest, best option for treatment. He also does payment plans. Highly recommend!

In the past five years her dental health had gotten so bad that I was seriously thinking of setting up an implant/denture fund along with her college savings. Her pediatric dentist kept pushing the fluoride and reminding us that this is just how things are for people who deal with this autoimmune condition. Dr. Larsen is amazing! The first thing you'll notice is the kindness of him and his staff. He is seriously so patient. My daughter has an abnormally low pain threshold and can express it in ways that can be difficult to deal with. Dr. Larsen treated her with kindness and respect. He stopped often to make sure she was comfortable. Dr. Larsen also has done some serious research beyond any dentist we've been to. He offered up different toothpastes, supplements and treatments (ozone therapy, seriously cool!) we could try along with helpful things my daughter should be eating to improve her oral health. It's great to have a dentist who sees health beyond just good oral hygiene. He always seems to have new ideas to share and doesn't give up. The staff is great too. We are always treated well and never wait for long. The hygienists do a wonderful job getting our mouths clean and sparkly. They are patient and kind as well. The office staff keep us notified, organized, and bill us the correct or very close to the correct amount each time, never more than $5 after insurance in our experience. It's nice to not get a $100 surprise bill!

The receptionist got my last name wrong on my account, which would be fine except I've since asked them twice to fix it and my bill still shows a very wrong spelling- I'm amazed the insurance even paid their portion. If you are looking for a great dentist, then yes maybe try Dr Bahr, but if convenience and customer service are important to you.... Then maybe not.

I work 12.5 hr night shifts at the hospital and am not always able to call and schedule appointments during regular workday hours. Hence, the online request. I told them my issues and troubles with my teeth, including how hard it is for me to actually see a dentist mostly because of the embarrassing condition they are in (which obviously means I need a lot of work done). Were assumptions made based upon the condition of my teeth? Am I not the kind of patient they want or think I am? This is a sensitive issue for me and reaching out was difficult. I have been diagnosed with a condition called burning mouth syndrome caused by ill-fitting dental work. I will finally have this replaced next week but I will have to pay for it out of pocket & the damage this has caused my mouth is permanent. Packard Dental was cruel to me when I asked for this to be fixed. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the crow that they placed. My feelings about it & how it felt did not matter to them in the least. They told me that they couldn't take a loss on it, no matter the damage it caused my mouth. Going back to Packard Dental is the biggest mistake I've ever made. They did a horrible job & I am suffering greatly because of it! They do NOT care about their patients in the very least!

There were two people in the office talking over me half the time. And I thought it was kinda awkward and not super professional. The hygienist was nice and talked to me a little bit but she was a bit all over the place cleaning my teeth. It also didn't take that long which after two years of constantly moving (military family) I just thought it would have taken much longer. Then she abruptly left without saying bye- so that didn't sit to well with me. It's Just definitely not what I'm used to. The dentist didn't really shake my hand and introduce himself even though it was my first time going there so that was a bit weird but he seemed like a really nice chill guy and didn't have to many complaints about my teeth. Overall nice place just not really personal at all.
